The room temperature was absolutely perfect the entire night!!! The front desk staff was so helpful, present and kind! Everything was clean and sophisticated! We appreciated the extra security of needing to use a card in the elevator to get up to our floor. Despite being in the city, the room was very quiet and the fan stayed on all the time to help with that. A really excellent experience!

I made the mistake of booking three nights at this property. I arrived early, around 11 AM, and was sent away, the front desk clerk telling me they had no rooms available yet, but assuring me that she would call me as soon as a room became available. I gave her my number and left. No offer to store my luggage, no hospitality of any kind. Just ”you're early, go away.” But then no call all day. Nothing. So after 5 PM I attempted to check in using the app. No key was ever generated. I reached out to the hotel over an over again until after 11 PM and got no reply, and finally had to find somewhere else to sleep. Called this morning, got the same unhelpful clerk who tried to make all kinds of excuses as to why she/the hotel utterly failed to do their jobs - comical. All she/the hotel had to do was check me in and assign me a room. They literally had all day to do it. But it proved to be too much for them. They also somehow couldn't be bothered to check their messages yesterday either. For eight hours. Tried to reach the GM but never got a call back from her, either. You should definitely AVOID this hotel - they are terrible, and they literally do not care at all about their guests. (I bet they try to write something in response full of bs and nonsense - should be entertaining)

The room is large, the kitchen utensils are complete, it is convenient to buy some green vegetables to get back (not too much fumes, the ventilation is not good, the fire alarm is big). Convenient to travel, there is a light rail station at the entrance of the hotel, just a car can sit down town for more than 3 stops. But from downtown back to the hotel it is recommended to take 35 buses because the direction of the light rail is easily confused. To the airport, you can take a minibus, $14, and make an appointment with the front desk. The 50-meter line is the Willamette River, and the riverside running is also good. The front desk was super nice, very welcoming and helpful. Hot drinks such as hot tea and hot chocolate are available free of charge in the lobby throughout the day. We stayed here for three nights. The design of the hotel is simple and simple like a studio. The room is more spacious and the bed is comfortable. Called an hour prior to arrival to confirm a room was available, being sure to confirm the price for a room with 2 seperate beds, as i did not wish to sleep next to my sister... Arrive and am given a key to a King bed room (very nice I might add). However, dissapointed I return to reception and refer to our prior phone conversation confirming the price and room that was agreed to on the phone. They try to deny that this was said (after telling me earlier that they can't remember my call?) to which my sister aids my case confirming what she heard on our phone call. They then tell me that another room will cost $20 more, which i politely decline and refer again to our phone call. She then tells me that this room is not available - which makes no sense whatsoever, as she just offered me the exact room we agreed upon (2 queen beds) for an additional price? I raise this point to which a counter offer of $10 is made - which i find very unprofessional (haggling with customers about a previously agreed upon price?) Reluctant to argue further or search for another room I begrudgingly accept the additional fee, being sure to let them know that this will be published online. Besides this - the room was OK (Aircon nice and cold) however the bathroom towel rack fell on the floor upon removing a towel? definitely needed fixing and was potentially dangerous, especially for a smaller child - Fix room 41 if you read this guys! All in all, I got a nice sleep in a decent bed, a good location, nice aircon, poor customer service and OK room. No wifi provided? not sure what happened there. TLDR: price provided via phone (1 hr prior) is changed upon checkin, haggled with for an extra $20 and told I should have booked in advance? Dodgy Bathroom Towel rack but nice cold aircon & bed and OK shower.

A couple weddings happened and the photo takes were magical, Clarissa explained the details of the hotel and weddings. The night l valet, Johnny was the absolute best- he took care of my classic Corvette.
