Great views. We love the back yard pool

We spent 4 nights in a three bedroom villa. We had amazing views and location was excellent - close to Port Villa with plenty of buses available just outside our door. The staff was very friendly and our villa very clean. Waves is only accommodation, not a resort so there are no facilities, restaurants or bars. All activities, meals etc have to be arranged separately.

If you want waterfront you can’t ask for a better place. Overall we had a really wonderful stay here. Family holiday so loved the accommodation that could house a family of 5. You can swim in the water right out front but take swimming shoes! Katia and her staff are lovely. Air conditioning not in all the bedrooms so check. Loved the pool. Overall we had a really great holiday here.

Great staff, convenient location (far enough from city noise, but close enough for shopping/logistics).

Since the moment we stepped off the plane we have done nothing but smile, relax and be immersed in the beauty of this country. Waves at Surfside was a truely magical experIence, beach at the front door, falling to sleep with the sound of the waves crashing, own swimming pool and beautiful amenities. A big shout out and thank you to Katia and her thoughtful, kind staff. Katia booked all our jaw dropping tours! Zip lining, horse riding, snorkelling with turtles, visiting a neighbouring island learning about their culture, seeing beautiful lagoons and finishing with the fire show at the Beach Bar to name a few. Our tour guides were exceptional, knowledgeable and so friendly. Always on the look out how to make our time with them memorable. We loved how we were not treated as a number and were constantly thanked for coming to visit their country. We were also able to use the washing machine and cooking facilities which saved money but also dine out if we wished. Fantastic house on the beach! Highly recommended! A 4 bedroom house with a private pool right on the beach. Massive house, heaps of room for a group of friends. Staff very helpful. A short drive to town and a very nice bar and restaurant just down the beach. However everything you need in the house to cook for yourself. Also has a washing machine.

There’s a lot going for this place, the view, the cleanliness, the service…….BUT. We stayed in Villa 13 and had issues with the electricity shutting down (no other villa had a problem). Not ideal when you’re trying to cool down a 7 month old baby in an air conditioned room during the night. The hot water worked only when it wanted to. The washing machine didn’t work either. For the price we paid for a family to stay in Villa 13 it was a little disappointing to be honest. We were offered another villa thanks to the management and the friendly staff.

Our accommodation at Waves at Surfside was beautiful! The room view was perfect & the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time there with Breakas within close distance for food and cocktails on the beach front. We loved the private pool, the villa was very clean upon arrival & had anything we may have needed. I’d absolutely recommend the stay to others!

Perfect place to stay with two teenagers. We all had our own space. Villa was well equipped, neat and tidy. Close enough to town but far enough away from the hustle we could relax and enjoy. Locals are super friendly and the Kava bar across the road is welcoming. Breakas next door perfect for meals and drinks, with other dining options within walking distance. Katia went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met & helped us out with a later checkout due to changes to our flights. All staff were friendly and helpful with things to do and visit: Would definitely stay again. Tangkyu tumas 🙏
