Front desk people were welcoming and professional. Room was comfortable, recently updated, with excellent amenities. We will return.

Staff was welcoming. Room and hotel throughout was very clean. Convenient to Clover Stadium for spring training games, easily walkable. Definitely would go back.

Just wanted to get out of town drove an hour away and got exactly what we wanted. Nice, comfortable, clean place!

This was my second visit to this property. Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is very good. Many walkable dining options.

I didn’t like that 2 front desk employees were on the 5th floor, next to my room slamming doors in the hall way. This was going on for at least 30 minutes at 11 PM at night, I went into the hall and told them to please stop slamming the doors.

Everything was perfect. The laundry facility was great and we especially enjoyed the breakfast.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Holiday Inn Express I recently had an unfortunate stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The manager, in particular, displayed a level of rudeness that left a lasting impression. When seeking assistance, the general manager claimed there was no one above him, leaving me feeling unsupported. Moreover, the front desk staff exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism. Simply asking a question led to an unwarranted suggestion to leave. This type of treatment left me perplexed, as I expected a higher standard of customer service from a reputable chain like Holiday Inn Express. What struck me the most was the apparent prejudice in their behavior. It seemed there was a selective willingness to accommodate others, while my reasonable requests were dismissed. This inconsistency is unacceptable and goes against the principles of hospitality. In conclusion, my stay fell far short of the standards I anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements in staff behavior and customer service at the Holiday Inn Express. It's perplexing that after my disappointing experience at the first Holiday Inn Express, I decided to try another location under the same name. To my surprise, the service at the second hotel not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Comfortable beds, pleasant and efficient staff, would definitely stay here again.

When i arrived i smelled an unpleasant odor. After entering my room i could smell the same aroma. I had to go out and by a room deodorizer. Then upon turning on the television there was a large size horizonal black mark though out the television. Inside the bathtub was a piece of somthing that looked like it came from the bath tub. I reported it to the front desk and of course they apologized. I got little to no sleep due to the noise being heard from inside the hotel and outside the hotel. I usually stay at the Hamptom across the street, but i decided to try out your facility this time. I was unhappy with my entire stay in my suite. I hope no one else have to endure what i did during my stay. Staff was so professional and apologe for my incidents that occurred. Please invest in some room deodorizer. Humbly Submitted Ms. J. Hotel and room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. It was also nice and quiet. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location with lots of restaurants and stores around. Would definitely stay here again

New clean hotel with fantastic breakfast and easy walking to dinner options. Room was great with comfortable bed.

The hotel was clean and inviting. Checkin was smooth. Breakfast was great and plenty of options for the kids. The only negative is the pool could have been warmer. All in all a pleasant stay.
