MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa

We've recently got back from our second stay at the Mar Senses. The hotel is ideally situated in Puerto Pollensa, you literally walk 150 yds and are on the beach. However, it's the staff that really make this hotel, from the reception you get on arrival, to the staff in the dining area, cleaners, life guard, they are all so friendly and helpful. On one of our days there, my phone screen froze solid, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but it contained our return boarding cards, the time of pick up for our return to the airport and also it was the contact no for our taxi home from Manchester. After messing about with it, trying this and that, I decided to go to reception and spoke to Carla to see if there was a suitable phone shop in Puerto Pollensa that could have a look at it, as I feared it needed a new screen. Carla did advise of a shop about 15 mins walk away, but she Googled how to force a shut down and restart of the make of my phone, just to see if that would cure the issue. Low and behold it worked, my phone shut down and restarted and was back to life again. I cannot thank Carla enough for the extra service she gave that day. If you're looking for a hotel in Puerto Pollensa, that's ideally located, with good food, cleanliness with helpful and friendly staff, look no further than the Mar Senses.

We returned to M****nses Puerto Pollensa for our second visit with our cycling friends and we were not disappointed. We were welcomed back very warmly by all the staff, who couldn’t do enough for us. The facilities, rooms, cuisine and ambience are all first class and highly recommended. For cyclists, Mar Senses is ideal as it’s close to done great routes and the hotel is really well set up for its cycling guests.

The staff at the Mar Senses are the hotel and the experience for guests. They are superb. Alex in the restaurant has a smile and a friendly chat for all guests. Sonia is also very helpful. The reception staff and the manager are super and remember returning guests.

Adults only hotel which felt very relaxed. Good food and well equipped bedrooms. Coffee maker takes nespresso pods and having a small kit here was very handy, Quiet and peaceful and close to t the Pine Walk. A cyclists hotel, so breakfast service is very busy first thing. Pool towels are provided and clean towels are readily available. The staff could not be more helpful.

Well located hotel close to sea, restaurants and hills for cycling. Food is good but not a lot of variety. No facilities for cyclists to leave bike overnight. Spa is fine but small. Swimming pools are not heated.

An excellent base for a cycling trip. A group of 13 friends thoroughly enjoyed the resort with excellent food with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Overall, couldn’t fault the hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

We had a wonderful time and can't fault the place. The rooms are spotless and bright. The food is exceptional and very variated, and what can I say about all the staff.... THE BEST!!! Always smiling and very helpful!! Thanks so much.. We will be back!!

The Mar Senses is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff are the real jewels in the crown, Alex, Sonia, Jesus and all the restaurant staff, provide guests with a friendly warm welcome with excellent service. The staff on reception are also excellent and remember returning guests.

Delightful hotel. Beautiful room, the most wonderful staff, delicious food and very comfy bed. Nothing is too much trouble. Fluffy dressing gowns would be an excellent addition but I would highly recommend this hotel. However in April the pool is a little cool for my liking.
