Very nice hotel. 10 plus 1 points especially for the bartenders Juan, Barto , Biel and Raoul. Always in the mood for a joke and very very taste coctails. Always a smile on your face when they meet you. Thank you so very much for the entertainment.

They have a very good and fast service, all the waiters of the bar were very nice and polite, thanks to Maria, Juan, Raul, Barto, Dylan y Biel for giving us an awesome experience and making us laugh every time we went to the bar to have a drink! Best bar team ever!

5/5 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Don’t get me wrong the holiday PP wasn’t cheap about £1400pp if I remember correct. Personally I loved this hotel the staff in reception the young lady she was amazing and so lovely as requested she brought a bottle of cava up and a fruit platter for my boyfriends birthday! When she brought it up she wasn’t aware we was in the room as I told her we would be out but she was extremely apologetic for entering but I advised her it was no issue at all and she was amazing!!!! Food was good we went half board ALOT of option me and my bf are fussy & eat like children and we loved the food even tried something new the chicken and rice (can’t remember the dish name) was so nice! They had Mexican nights ect white partys amazing hotel for family’s young couple older couple pretty much anyone so accessible and 2 min away from beach and 1 min away from shops bars restaurants

This was my 2nd time to Bahia and I was welcomed with lots of faces I remembered from last year. Andrea is just amazing and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Seeing Maria at the bar again was like seeing an old friend! She is an asset to the hotel, aswell as Daniel and the bar manager (sorry forgot his name) The cleaners are so friendly and sweet. Everywhere is immaculately clean! Very comfortable room, only downside is we didn't have a full length mirror in the room this time, something I feel most people would like. So many lovely places to sit and chill out, indoors or out. I personally love the peaceful garden area. I was a little disappointed with the lack of entertainment this year. We had lots of different acts each evening before and there was a guy who would get people up and doing aqua aerobics in the pool or bingo. Nothing like that this year, the new entertainment guy just seemed to sit in the corner and not do anything. Which was a real shame as the evenings were very quiet and dull! One thing I would like to mention to management, I feel being a spa hotel and a base for many cyclists that maybe you should not allow a big group of 80 people staying. On our last day they arrived and caused alot of havoc in the pool area drinking alot and treating it like one of those cheap all inclusive booze hotels! I love a drink don't get me wrong but they were a mess and falling in the pool drunk! Diving in and splashing people, there were plenty of signs saying no diving! When I went to the bar to mention it, the lifeguard was hiding behind the bar for ages! He should be up at the pool controlling it! Luckily they arrived on my last day as up until then the stay was beautiful and peaceful! Overall I would love to come back again, just hope next time there isn't a big group of drinkers with no consideration to anyone else!

Came with my two year old and my parents and had a lovely stay. The hotel was really clean and modern and the staff were all lovely! The food had plenty of variety with themed nights too and the little one loved all the fresh fruit! The pool was a decent size and the baby pool was a bonus for the my son. We also enjoyed a bit of aqua gym while we were there. There’s also plenty of other areas to sit/lay including day beds which are next to a play area and crazy golf. The bar staff were great - Jlian , Tisco, Biel, Dylan and Barto had amazing service and made staying in the hotel in the evenings worthwhile. We came during the Euros so the games were on in the evening and the entertainment was inside instead which was fine by us! All in all a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Very good service. Friendly staff - Jlian, Raul, Xisco, Dylan and Biel. Variety of drinks to choose from, all inclusive. Food is what you’d expect from all inclusive but staff are great. Rooms comfortable and clean. Bar staff very friendly and table service is brilliant.

Just had a brilliant 11 day’s at the Bahia, we went all inclusive and it really was great value. All the Staff are welcoming and helpful you are made to feel comfortable right from the start, bar service great and very entertaining. Room and all Hotel areas are kept very clean and tidy, couldn’t fault the food, always plenty of choice and variety. We would definitely return, excellent position for town and beach. Thank you all at the Bahia for a Great Holiday.

Second visit as hotel was first class Cannot fault anything cleanliness,food,comfort,service (especially in the bar,where Dani,Maria,Barto,Dylam,Zisco and Joah made you feel like one of the family Always polite and up for a joke and a laugh

We spent 5 nights at the Bahia de Alcudia Hotel & Spa in a double comfort room with all-inclusive premium. The room was extremely comfortable, with pleasant decor and a very cozy bed. However, the soundproofing between rooms (garden area) left a bit to be desired, allowing some noise from neighboring rooms to be heard. The daily cleaning was exceptional, and we always found the room spotless. I would like to highlight the excellent service we received from the hotel staff. Francisco, at the night reception, was very attentive, helpful, and professional, making our check-in (at 3 AM) very pleasant. At the bar, we were always well attended by Biel, Xisco, Daniel, Juan and Maria who with their friendliness and animation. At the restaurante, César and Eva were exceptional. We also took advantage of the hotel's entertainment options, which included live music and themed nights. In conclusion, the Bahia de Alcudia Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations in many ways. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and high-quality service in Alcúdia, Palma de Mallorca.
