My room was great. We went to have dinner at the restaurant, dinning area a room set up as a dinning area Not very nice. Food was mediocre and over priced.
No Kleenex in room, had to ask for tp as well . I asked housekeeping, if I could have my bed made up and dirty towels picked up, the gentle mean told me I had to pay for that. Staff at night watched tv or in a huddle gossiping. Very disappointing! We had no Wi-Fi said something to front desk, nothing happened.

The bathroom was unclean & the water pressure was very low it was a beautiful waterfall showerhead but unfortunately what came out of it was only a drizzle. The staff in the restaurant was unaccommodating and inattentive was too busy socializing with friends.

Looked forward to hot tub with winter winds outside but not hot... Must've been broken. Very disappointed.

The swimming pool and hot tub were very unclean. We didn’t even swim here. It was so loud until about 3am we couldn’t sleep. I told the staff we were unhappy and the response was oh. We would not go back or recommend this facility.

Everything is old!! Rooms all need upgrading. The whole hotel needs upgrades. Great location.
