When the guide for the trekking tour I had booked with another company didn't show up even after an hour, which was making me very anxious, the staff here were very kind and helpful. They immediately looked into the situation and introduced me to a new tour guide, which was really reassuring. Thanks to them, my anxious trip instantly turned into the best memory I could have. The staff were always kind, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They even provided towels, toilet paper, a hairdryer, and bathroom slippers, so I think this hotel really is worth more than the price!

Great hotel. Bed was comfortable, got a good night of sleep (important after Kathmandu), and the balcony was a great place to relax. Plus, breakfast was most excellent. 🙏

Hotel is very nearby lake side, main market. Friendly staff. Helped me in making bookings too with good prices. Room was very spacious and clean. Price range is also good. Food is offered in breakfast only, foodpanda app can be used for delivery.
