Love the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

The overall condition is good; everything has met my expectations for a standard hotel room. However, there is one thing that I'm unsatisfied with: I booked a room for three adults, but the amenities provided are only for two people (two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, two towels, etc.). There's no telephone number to call the front desk, so I went down personally to inform them about the situation. The staff promised to send the missing items to our room later, but no one came at all.

Recommended nearby pelangi mall with giant groceries big bottle water just 1 RM. Many discounts for fruits and basic meal nasi lemak. Toiletries and drinks are complete. Good Aircon and tv. Just need more trash bin for bed outside shower room

Staff whatsapped me prior to our stay to confirm the check in time. Even though room is small, it has everything that we need and a hotel room should have! Awesome! Place is near to nice eating places like Belly Good Cafe and also to Aeon and Toppen. Staff can be friendlier when we checked in.

This was a staycation and we booked an executive twin with ‘2 large single beds’ as advertised, but the room was very small, so were the beds. Although rather well-appointed in terms of furnishings, there just isn’t quite enough space for 2 adults and a pre-teen child to roam. The tv is also smaller usual. There is no breakfast provided but the street that the hotel is located at has some options, but not where I would go for breakfast. The Mount Austin theme park is nearby, but if that’s where you’re heading, I’d assume you would like more space and comfort to chill out after an entire day of play.

Everyone in my group loved it. My kids loved it so much. Clean, spacious. We arrived late but they were very accommodating with the set up of the extra bed. My only gripe was there's no extra key card so while the kids were resting in the room, I had to ask for assistance from front desk to help me get into my room. N I ran alot of errands 😂 but the staff were very nice. Aircon wasn't very cold for a new hotel wish we could have increase the speed of the ceiling fan.

Pretty decent hotel. The location is amazing since it's in the Austin area. Infinite good food here. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast choices are decent, can surely be improved by having more choices. The decorations can too be improved, the hotel is blessed with too much space, thus this is something they can think hard on to fill in all the blanks. Else it looked empty and sad. Price wise and hotel room is good. Will still recommend this place mainly due to the amazing location.

Second time staying with Anju management, fast response and also happy with the room it's as advertised, be sure to choose sea view if U want sea view but do note it faces direct EAST U will get the morning sun. If U don't like sun please don't choose sea view. Be careful where U park if U drive only on empty lots with no car plate number I got wheel clamped before cos I was tired and blur after a jam.

Service overall 4/5- all staff are friendly and helpful. Room service speed is great! Only met with two issues due to forgetfulness/mission between staff. And was the payment process, the other is the pillow request(the one came does not look like the one I requested for). Room facility 4/5 - overall clean, but some small issues, some tiny ants found crawling on the desk, side bed with lots of cup water marks, magnifying mirror light not working, unpleasant smell when hot water passes through pipe, bed and pillow not firm enough(personal preference maybe). Food 4/5- in room dining was fast and timely, hot food came within 35 minutes upon ordering, Thai cuisine is their speciality. Regrettably mango sticky rice not as good. Pad Thai and Long Island teas were good. Morning buffet breakfast was a spread with many choices, you sure be spoilt. Quality of food not bad, taste normal.
