This hotel is pet friendly so we took our Small dog. There was NO pet order to us although the dog was sniffing everything in the hallway. The room was clean and comfortable. Even with Covid they served either eggs and bacon or biscuits and gravy on alternating days. My only suggestion is that they serve both meals every day.

The hotel was newly opened last year. The facilities are very good, the rooms are large, the service is very good, the printer and computer in the lobby are very convenient. Breakfast is also great! Very clean and comfortable hotel, Ctrip booking is cheaper, cheaper than the front desk reservation, haha

The staff was so friendly! We had a bit of miscommunication between the hotel and trip.com regarding payment, but they got it worked out quickly and the staff were quick to make things right for us! We enjoyed both the hot tub & pool and both were exactly what we needed!! The hotel was far enough from downtown to be peaceful but close enough that everything was accessible. The biggest thing that stood out was how accommodating the staff were. Absolutely recommend.
