I loved this hotel. Me and my boyfriend decided to go on a short holiday in half term and chose this hotel as it was relatively cheap whilst also being quite central in playa las americas. When we arrived the hotel is very clean. We got to our room and we had been given a double family room for the 2 of us. i didn’t book this so this was a nice surprise as we had a double balcony which looked over the sea and we could see the sunset. The bathroom was lovely and the rooms were very clean with huge beds, cleaned every day to a perfect standard. In the morning we had a buffet breakfast which was extensive and filled us up, the dinner buffet was also really nice and changed every night with fresh food also being made in front of you. The pool side had lots of chairs and we never struggled to get a seat, the pool was nice and a nice temperature. There was a bar near the pool with crisps and drinks and on the last day there was a pool party with music and rubber dingies which we both loved as it was some entertainment. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the beach and the main bars and we managed to walk to many different areas with no problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel can’t fault it

The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located. Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note. We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us. It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week. The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot. We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

We were here September 2023 & we really enjoyed it we returned this June 2024. A couple of the previous animation team have sadly left Victor & Mica but Javi & the 3 new girls Marta, Laura & Yumi were brilliant. We had a great time with them. On arrival we had a bit of a wait to check in, must admit they still dont have enough staff on reception, same as last year. We were finally checked in by a very welcoming Nicole. She gave us all the detailed info for the All Inclusive package. We had HB last year. Also our room was ready which was great. Room 101 with a Seaview. Room was very nice, small but fine. Great view of pool & sea. Only ****** was everytime we showered (daily) it flooded the bathroom floor. Just a bad fitting seal. We mentioned it to reception when we checked out so hopefully they will sort it. We just got on with with it but to other guests they may complain. We hired the safe. Makes me laugh about comments on money going missing etc. Hire the safe!!! Simples, yes you have to pay but for the amount it's a no brainer!!! You get the deposit back. Food this year I felt had slightly gone downhill. Choice & quality not as good in my opinion. The restaurant & pool bar staff were great as usual. Evening entertainment was good although for June there were alot of young children running about, over the equipment being set up for some of the shows & the parents doing nothing!!! Seemed left to the animation team to calm them down!! Not on. Parents take responsibility for your own kids! I'm sure they'd have something to say if they hurt themselves. Location of the hotel is great. Everything you want in a stones throw. Again makes me laugh when people say it's over a loud bar. Dont people do their research before they go?! The hotel is very well placed. The staff is very attentive and friendly and everything is very clean. I only had breakfast at the hotel and the truth is that they had a wide assortment of products to eat. Regarding the pool, it is very small and in the area where it is located there is not even space for a small bar that serves drinks or snacks. You had to get the drinks out of a vending machine. Nobody controls the pool area so anything can happen and not exactly good. It did not occur to me to take photos of the hotel. The quality/price does not compensate me. There are hotels of the same category in the area with better facilities

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

Myself and my wife visited this hotel late October for 10 days. We had not visited this hotel before however had seen it many times and saw it being rehabbed over the last few years. Result was that it was almost as new when we visited. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. The property was recommended in the Jet2 brochure as 4 star. From my previous experiences in other hotels this hotel was higher than this rating. I am not aware of the rating algorithm however this felt like 5 star. Room was great. Cleanliness excellent and cleaning staff very efficient. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, choices and quality were way above average. We did eat out occasionally as we do but did so much less this time as the food was so good. All inclusive bar drinks and service, again first class. Pool area very clean and always got 2 beds and an umbrella at any time of visit. The hotel is almost fully up to speed and new bars are due opening soon- Sports bar I think is one. It looked finished when we were there and will be another asset to this hotel. We had seen some negative comments on Trip Advisor before we came out which seemed to be around food quality and choice. We could not see where these criticism's could have come from as they were not apparent during our visit. Maybe the teething issues referred to in the Hotel's replies were there initially and have been resolved. Good for them. My last comment is that if you are considering this hotel do yourself a favour and book. I dont think you'll be disappointed.

Spent 5 days at this hotel with my 23 year old son. Hotel was lovely and really liked the nature and park feel to the hotel and very spacious room. We booked a superior double so we both had a double bed each and two balconies, one with splendid moutain views. Food was really good with plenty of choice and a bbq area in the garden for evening meal which we preferred as a little less hectic than the main restaurant and you could have yoru own table. Main restaurant very busy with everyone walking around get their selections and tables were seated for 8, not a problem to share and soon got used to this. Drink options were plentiful and we tried all the cocktails, although had to tell the barman off for making very strong measures :). Didnt meet any other english people as mostly spanish and french but everyone was polite. I did miss a kettle in the room so would take a portable kettle next time. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for shopping, beaches, mini golf and bars around as well as lots of walking along the promenade upto Adeje or Los Christianos. A free bus service around the corner takes you to Siam Park (book in advance). Pool areas were very spacious (only spent a couple of hours one morning) and pool lovely to swim in. Overall we had a fabuluous holiday and would highly recommend this hotel, particularly to families.
