Fairfield Inn & Suites Plainville

Everything in the hotel is amazing from room to staff to pool area breakfast was amazing and the lady that was there on 04/07/2026 around 9am serving the breakfast putting it out she was so helpful and very friendly the fact also that the hotel had Coffee,Tea, Hot Chocolate, for free all day all night was absolutely Amazing!!! Love that also and of course the free breakfast and all the options they give for you to pick and the organization is amazing has well overall I will recommend and will return. My kids loved it

I arrived over the weekend and was handled by a super kind front desk lady, whoever was working Saturday March 30th at 11am.. Was able to check me in early since there was a room available. Thankful for that after a red eye flight from Orlando. Room was simple but very clean. No complaints about the stay at all

From the first day, the hot water was not working properly, and eventually only cold water was available. I had no choice but to take cold showers during my stay. This issue was reported to the front desk, but there was no apology at all. The staff simply said the boiler was broken, as if it was not a serious problem. This kind of response is completely unacceptable. What is even worse is that there was no notice anywhere in the hotel informing guests that hot water was unavailable. Failing to provide hot water and not informing guests in advance is a serious failure of basic hospitality standards. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room smelled awful. Check-in person was grumpy. Breakfast was over crowded and not enough food. There was a large group of athlete's who kept getting more food

Average clean rooms, pool small, pizza Resterant good. Staff great at hotel and Resterant.

clean room good shower great breakfast nice people plenty of room great location -mall across the street and movie theatre very good experience will def stay there again

I had called prior to booking specifically asking if the pool was open & even explaining that the whole reason we were booking was due to wanting to take our 2 little ones swimming (naturally indoors where it's warm) & they failed to mention there was no heat on the floor that the pool was on, no lights working in the room the pool was in & the pool heater was also not working making it too cold to even swim.. wasted our money for nothing. Very disappointed & won't be booking again.
