I visited here with a group to see the Puccini Opera Festival. The hotel is spotlessly clean with lovely staff and a great pool. Breakfasts were excellent - wide choice, fruits, cooked eggs, meats etc and plenty of it. My only cavil was with the first set evening’s meal - a miserable chicken leg and a few chips. However our tour guide did complain and the second set meal was excellent. This complaint seems to have been given before - and not always heeded. Villa Capuggi is such a nice hotel that I wonder why they stint sometimes - even though the cost of living crisis impacts here too. Just a little more luxury and this would be the perfect Italian hotel.

I stayed in Palazzo BelVedere with my daughter for three nights at the beginning of August. The hotel and its premises are great, members of staff are friendly and keen to help and advise. At the reception we were welcomed by Simone and he was really nice and offered us some cold complementary drinks while we were checking in. The room was a generous size with a fabulous view over the mountains. Everything in the room looked new, sleek and modern. I particularly liked the French doors in the bathroom and a double shower which was very handy in the hot weather. It was great to have sound-proofed windows and an air conditioner in the room. Our breakfast was included and it was a nice beginning of the day with a wide range of local produce and fresh drinks. The staff in the restaurant was very approachable and helpful, especially Nicolette. Nothing was a problem for the staff and all our queries and needs were seen to immediately and with a smile by Diane. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :(( Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy Would stay again but choose my time

I spent two nights at the Tuscany Inn in October 2023 because I wanted to see if it was suitable for hosting 50-60 relatives between the December holidays. Yes, it is very suitable. This hotel is really recommendable: modern, very clean, spacious rooms, excellent conference rooms with IT infrastructure, delicious Tuscan cuisine, right next to the motorway exit, 400m from the train station, parking on the roof terrace, free access to the fitness centre, a few minutes walk from the centre. It is rounded off by extremely friendly and competent staff. Bright, large quiet rooms, even on the side of the Lucca - Firenze railway line as it only runs during the day. Very clean room. Gastronomy : 9 out of 10 points, an excellent rating for a hotel. Last but not least, the prices are right.

We stayed with my two children at the hotel Amelia. The hotel is a 2-star hotel but just in front there is the latest Amelia dream view that is 3 stars. Just cross the street. Breakfast for all guests is in the 2-star room, while dinners and dinners for half or full pension are consumed in the 3-star restaurant. Our room, No. 4 had a double bed and 1 separate bed with bathroom and bathroom with shower. The restaurant is really good, we have tried both lunch and dinner, with half-pension and I reiterate that we have met great. The hotel has a small outdoor pool with an annex small hydromassage pool, both very comfortable to refresh in case of excess heat. Michela and Fabio are really nice and they can always advise you about the activities to take around, without forgeting that the hotel has discounts and discounts for the main tourist attractions of the parking.
