BEWARE & TAKE CARE : FEBRUARY 2024 1) They lost (yes LOST!) my passport, despite taking secure posession of it when checking in and then confirming they did not have it, in front of witnesses. 2) Staff are selling their own private goods to guests - again witnessed by myself and other guests. 3) They had not bothered to ensure the night porter was aware of how to find keys to the secure and locked storage room, so he was unable to retrieve property for some condiderable time. 4) A fellow traveller found her ski helmet missing and had to push the management to show her CCTV to identify the culprit. So either at best a Hotel that is badly managed and has poor communication and security and at worst potential petty crimilality ? I and others are seperately writing to Ski Crystal management to highlight these matters. Appalling.

Very nice and friendly stuff. Very good breakfast and dinners with lots of choices. Location is perfect (in the Centre so it is easy with small kids, and lifts are nearby. Best recommendations! If I would come back to Madonna- Savoia would be my choice again!

We stayed for 6 nights for skiing, nice location close to the skilift Cinque Laghi, 5 minutes to walk. The room was spacious and designed in traditional Dolomiti style. During day amazing view of the opposite slopes, but in the night quite noisy outside, especially if you want to sleep with the open window. We liked the food, both breakfast and dinner, plentiful choice of apetizers. In general I can recommend this hotel.

Everithing is good. we had a Halfboard and the quality of dinnres was execelent. Just some points - Windows are must to be a more soundproof and may be a little bit improce the ski room. thank you for accomandation. i am sure to come back in next season.

We stay on Savoya palace hotel for one week in february 2023 , beautifull place , very good conditions in room and restaurant , bar with live music and breakfast and dinner was much more then we expect.

The hotel is very nice, we had two connected rooms for our family of 5 so it was very convenient. The room was spacious with lot’s of wardrobe space, it was clean. Room keeping twice per day. There was tea making facility with two types of tea, but dome coffe too would be nice. Food was tasty both for breakfast and dinner, however, we went twice to dine out. Staff is kind and polite. The only downside was that the room was facing the street which was so noisy during the night, we were woked up many times. In front of the hotel there is a loud music bar, the music was good but lasted for too long in the night and guests were loud. Also, some of electricity plugs were useless because we couldn’t plugg our lap tops.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location, the rooms have plenty of storage, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the meals (main course on small side but it’s a 4 course dinner so fill up on the other courses!) all very tasty, lovely staff in the bar, spacious and warm boot room, easy 5 mins walk to the lift. It didn’t snow while we were in resort, but they have managed to maintain the snow they have very well, so we had good conditions most of the week, all ski areas link up very well, plenty to explore for a week in the Dolomites, would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas week at the Savoia Palace Hotel. We were made welcome from the very start and the quality of the hotel facilities, our room, and the restaurant were all excellent. The hotel is very well placed to reach the nearest ski lift and it was the perfect base for our skiing holiday. The restaurant deserves a special mention as the food was outstanding and we were extremely well looked after by our Waiter, Gaetano, throughout our stay. Thank you all for a great week.

CON: impossible to sleep with the loud music and bars and people screaming outside the hotel the entire night. And then in the morning again. This hotel should really change their windows to make it soundproof because it was impossible to sleep the entire week. I won’t recommend or stay at this hotel again just because of this. PROS: - most of the staff is amazingly friendly. Just some people in reception could be friendlier and more helpful. - breakfast buffet is good (cook could do better with his egg making, normally cooked them raw) - they have good and fast room service - ski room is big (could do with a better entrance) - hotel has transportation to lifts that are way too far away (they could do a better job at offering it, we had to beg for it) - rooms are very big, even if they need a remodel. - bar with couches is great with view, comfort, prices. Favorite part of my stay.
