It's a very average hotel with outdated facilities, but there are really no good homestays or farmyards near Tuoliang, just stay in the hotel. I really want to open a homestay in Tuoliang.

房間衞生極差，停車場秩序極亂，服務態度極差，床單上比較臟給服務員打電話更換，一個多小時都沒有把問題解決了，洗澡沒有熱水。

這個酒店都配不上這個價格！首先服務態度非常差，前台不專業，好像我們欠她錢一樣敷衍。使用的洗漱用品都是2017年的，過期三年多了還在讓顧客使用，讓換一個竟然沒有，都是2017年的。房子一進去就散發著一股子黴味，床單上都是黃黃的東西。浴巾上面滿是黑色點點，毛巾連給都沒給！電視網絡是壞的，小孩子打都打不開。關鍵是連熱水都沒有，一直沒有熱水，泉水又很涼，洗頭髮洗澡的就別想了。真是不明白怎麼會有這樣的酒店，表示對這個酒店失望透頂，絕對再也不會去了。誰去誰後悔。

本來定的雙床房，被調換為了大床房，房間入住後才給收拾衞生，沒有做到一客一消毒，要求消毒，也衹是口頭答應，衹是更換了床單被罩等，房內有蟲子，房屋內潮濕，無空調，網絡信號極差，至於早餐，特別鹹，不知道用的是不是工業鹽，一口饅頭，一根土豆絲，衹能這麼形容了！

服務態度很差，還不如一般旅館。到前台辦入住，對前台工作人員説“服務員，我辦入住”，冷答“我不是服務員，找服務員去找服務員！”，給了當頭一棒！
設備硬件根本不上星！有電視沒信號。
入住即發現沒熱水，前台稱掉閘了，在修理。住了二天一直沒熱水，不能洗浴，週末臨走來熱水了，一問是因當日團隊會議大宗客人入住才燒水一一少量散客不燒熱水一一省電！！！

酒店比較陳舊，居然燈都關不上，衹好換房間，新換的房間又沒有電視。兩個房間的燈光都特別暗。早餐用餐的人很亂，也沒人管理。在當地的物價水平房價有些高。
