Super 8 by Wyndham St. Petersburg

Let’s see, I had to change rooms 4 times. 1st room (102) A/C was so loud 1/2 assembled. Next was (109) I had to adjust the chain on the toilet so it would flush, then the dead roaches all over the floor, and again cover hanging off A/C and would shut off after a minute of running not cooling, and here’s the BEST yet. Onto room110 where the RUDE lady at the counter gave that room to another guest in the 5 minutes it took to get my stuff and take it to the room, mind you, I went in, turned the lights and half assembled A/C ( cover falling off) closed the curtains, and then tried to tell me she gave room 112… which was a BOLD FACED LIE… room 112 was still dark with curtains open, but I had no choice but to take 112 or check out…. I went in and went through the process once again of getting room set. Took a shower, came out of bathroom to find once again live roaches and whatever else kind of tiny bugs crawling on the floor, oh let’s not forget the spider in the tub I just showered in? And Florida has some wicked spiders…. I checked out of the filth and slept in my vehicle where I knew it was cleaner and safer than the dump I booked… STAY AWAY…..

Beds and sheets were covered in cigarette holes (smoke free room), floor tiles were cracked, ac kept shutting off, no toilet paper, and only one towel for three adults. When asking the front desk for an extra towel the response was "yea we don't have any" and nothing else.

THIN sheets and covers. No extra blanket whrn requested. Spotty internet. Bad tv reception. Few channels. Cockroaches crawling in room. Shower water pressure VERY weak. Pool closed. Very disappointed. Was prepaid for 3 days. Yikes. Never agsin.

There was nothing to like in the roach infested property!! The website was all false!’ Would not stay there again!

First room was dirty, had roaches and homeless outside. We were moved to a second room that was no better than the first except the towel rack was broken but we were too tired to care. The guy at the front desk could not have been nicer and I felt bad for him listening to our complaints. Thankfully he understood our issues and said he'd refund us for half our stay since we were for sure not coming back for the next night. I hope that part goes smoothly and I don't have to fight *******/Super 8 or whoever over such a crap experience.

I was not given the room I booked, which was a non-smoking double with pool view. The front desk agent had no rooms ready and had to keep walking around the hotel to see what rooms were available. I was given a filthy room with the view of the parking lot and with no tv no remote control, no heater and it was freezing outside, no towels to shower and the room smelled like an ashtray and was infested with roaches! I asked the front desk agent to change my room but they said they cannot because room service had not cleaned the rooms. I spent over an hour dealing with front desk trying to get a refund tried having ******* to call them but they said they could not get a hold of front desk. I was exhausted and got a severe headache and allergies I could not bear the smoke smell in the room I ended up sleeping in my car. Worst experience of life!!

The rooms are very dirty, the floor is dirty, the sink is full of hair, cockroaches everywhere, the TV is damaged.

Roaches in every room and 3 days with no toilet paper no tv or no fridge just nasty they will check you in to uncleaned rooms then wake you up in the middle of the night wondering how you got in the room then have to show receipts at the lobby

The worse hotel I have ever stayed in worse consumer service and dirty and every room smells my booking was for 3 days I left after the first night and ******* won’t do anything about it
