I was charged twice, the owner argued with me when I told him that I already paid. I arrived during the snow storm at night... with my disabled Son. The owner wouldn't allow us to check in without a cash deposit. I had to find a bank to withdraw cash for the deposit. When we got into the room it was an overwhelming smell of *********. I addressed that with the guy at the front desk whom is the owner. He basically said that in Pine Bluff all the hotels smell like *********. The toilet was stopped up, I called the front desk... the owner said that he left a plunger outside of the laundry room for me to get and plunger it myself. The next day the toilet was stopped up again and the plunger didn't help. I called the front desk again and the owner came with a tool to unstop it. The last day of our stay I realized that the sheets were dirty from a previous guess, when I found a false eyelash at the end of the bed under the blanket. We also found a ball of hair on the floor. When I checked out I asked for proof of my refund for the double bill. And, I asked for my cash refund back ... I was yelled at and told that I had to wait for someone to check the room out... before I could get my refund back. This was a traumatic experience. I couldn't go anywhere else in a snow storm... because, I was double billed... therefore I didn't have enough money to look for another hotel or risk loosing the money I had already spent in this crack, roach infested and filthy hotel. I also called Wyndham the same night and tried to get a refund, so we could leave. I was told that all they could do was take my complaint!

Welcome to our Super 8 by Wyndham Pine Bluff hotel conveniently located off US 65 and I-530 across from Saracen Casino Resort and near the Pines Mall. We re also close to the Pine Bluff Convention Center where you can attend seminars conventions rodeos sporting events trade shows concerts and more.

This is one of Two Holiday Inn Express's in Pine Bluff. This is the newest location but the other (Pines Bluff) is just as nice. This location is right off the interstate and sits close to a McDonald's and Convenienc/Gas Store but it is pretty quiet. It is a bit hard to get in and out of because there is no light and a busy area. Leon's catfish is across the street and I hear that it is the best in arkansas but I did not get a chance to try. There is NO fitness center so do not plan on working out. Vending machines are limited. I asked the front desk for a menu to Leon's and a mexican restaurant since both were close but they did not have. This hotel is VERY clean--probably because it is a new location. The amenities are limited--I asked the maid for lotion and it seemed a big deal to go to second floor to get so I said forget it. They are serious about non smoking--signs everywhere. There is a fridge/microwave in every room and the breakfast buffet is better than most. The attendant was stingy with the flavored creamer--she would not set it out for everyone so I had to ask for one everytime I filled up on coffee. I would undoubtedly stay here again even without the fitness center. It was convenient, clean and felt safe and secure. Please see all the photos since they say more than my review. Happy travels.
