We loved the location- it was a pleasant place to rest on the beach and beside the pool. When we were there guests were mostly older and nice, which contributed to our overall experience of the place- good place to have a quiet rest. Room was really nice, comfortable bed, nice balcony. It is around half hour from the main Patong area, and in the range of 10min you have amazing beach clubs for daily chill or parties- Catch, Maya, Caffe de Moar, and Carole Diem.

I was disappointed by the hotel's apparent lack of consideration, seemingly prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. I won't be returning, nor will I recommend it to friends. Despite multiple attempts to book a room at this hotel through the Trip website in February, specifically from the 14th to the 20th.I found no availability. When I finally spotted an available slot and promptly made a reservation and payment, I was elated. However, my excitement quickly faded when, a week later, while preparing to book my flights, I realized the booking was mistakenly made for the 14th to the 20th, but in December. In a rush, I reached out to the website seeking assistance in rectifying the error. They indicated that changes and refunds were possible but required the hotel's agreement. It turned out to be a great time to spend New Year's Eve by a beautiful beach with family from all over the world, we set off from France and our family from China. It turned out that the hotel took the money and did not say anything. Next time I won't choose this hotel that only thinks about making money and I don't recommend it. All I can say is that we shouldn't put too much trust in high technology, big data, push information and the service spirit of hotels, they are just insensitive businesses. Originally wanted to reunite with the family over the Spring Festival holiday on the beautiful beaches, we come from all corners of the world there are France and China to meet on the island of Bali, but can only regret to pay double the price. Moving forward, I will reconsider choosing this hotel that seemingly prioritizes monetary gain over customer care. This experience has made me question the reliability of advanced technology, extensive data, promotional information, and the service ethos of hotels, which sometimes appear to prioritize business over sensitivity towards guests.

The hotel is very beautiful! The service is excellent! Own beach under pine and palm trees. You don't have to pay for sunbeds. Great gym and spa. You can play American billiards. Cozy lobby. The hotel provides slippers, flip flops, bathrobes, towels, a kettle, hairdryer, umbrellas, and a set of hygiene products. High-quality room cleaning every day. The rooms are quite spacious, there is a large balcony and a place for drying clothes. Good sound insulation. There is a special play area and swimming pool for children. There is enough space on the beach and no crowding.

Cozy hotel. We lived in houses. 3 minutes to the sea. Cleaning was done every day. The beach is nice and clean. Of course I can’t compare it with the islands, but overall +. The breakfasts are delicious. There are many local cafes nearby.

The suite has 2 single beds and 1 double bed. There are 4 of us staying in the room. We were told that the room rate can only accommodate 3 people. We need to pay 650 yuan to accommodate 4 people. It is a strange rule, but we can only stay in a foreign land. Pay the money obediently

Additional information on the hotel website: daily free 2 bottles of water (0.5 liters * 2), rain umbrellas, bathrobes, slippers (for the room) and flip-flops (apparently for walking around the hotel grounds) in the room. The hotel has a spa center (massage, sauna, etc.), a small fitness room, etc. There is an option to stay in villas (next to the main hotel buildings). There rooms are even larger (in size), there is an ironing board, iron. and so on. The breakfasts are good, filling... For Russian speakers, there is a wonderful manager, Daniel. Always willing to help with any questions... Of the features: 1. Upon check-in, a deposit is required (100 USD / EUR). Returned upon departure. 2. Currently, the hotel is undergoing renovation (parts of buildings, rooms). It doesn’t interfere with rest at all (you don’t notice), but someone may not like it. In this case, the hotel, if I understand correctly, can offer alternative check-in options (at other hotels). 3. Although it is prohibited to buy in hotel rooms, unfortunately this does not apply to smoking on the balconies of the rooms. Therefore, if you come across a smoking neighbor, you will have to close the door to the balcony. 4 It is possible to order a transfer from / to the airport + to other places on the island. Facilities (food, etc.): there are a sufficient number of tourist restaurants nearby for different tastes, you can also find restaurants (including for local residents) nearby by searching on the Internet. The 7/11 store is opposite the hotel.. There is a “night market” nearby 3 times a week... It’s interesting to visit “for some flavor” + you can buy something at a discount. P.S. If you use the app to call a car, then take into account the possibility of competition from numerous “taxi services” located both in front of the hotel and in other places on the island. Aggression is possible not only towards warriors, but also towards tourists (hotel clients).

The hotel is great. If you want to have peace, it's really great. But there are only a few shops and restaurants within walking distance (just down a small street). The sea is very dirty. Too bad, a lot of plastic!
