good location friendly staff .Pool area not the best bar on roof area closed and used for storage but for the price would stay there again

Great location - the hotel is NOT as advertised on the Website or in-house advertisement. "Sunset Cocktails and Canapes" bahahahahah - check out pics below. Roof top pool... NO COVER so even before 8am each day was like swimming in a hot tub. Tiles falling off and the rooftop in a state of disrepair. Beds have "body dints" in them, fridge so full of ice hard to get drinks in. Photo of Room is NOTHING like they were - and the view (indicated by red circle) does NOT EXIST!!!! The Bathroom.... shower LEAKS everywhere - all over the floor causing massive mould build up. Limited to one TINY roll of toilet paper a day and only TWO 375ml bottles of water. Cleaning staff were lovely and did the best they could in the absolute DIVE of a place. Great location if you like to party.. you know when its 4am because thats the only time you won't here the "DOOF DOOF" from all the nearby bars.

Overall everything is good. It would be nice to add robes and slippers to the room.

I had a very bad experience, couldn't sleep because it was too noisy.

Great location, staff excellent, rooms large and clean. Public areas could be cleaner, and lift could be quicker.

If you are looking for a place in Phuket that you can have access to everything, this hotel is ideal. 10 mins walk to Patong beach , bars , nightlife at all in reach.

The hotel is great, more so for the party people and the life is there on the streets. Location is very central to transport, shops, pubs and beach. The area however tends to get noisy due to the music from all the pubs around at night and gets quiet by 2am. Lots of places to eat but the hotel's own restaurant is the best place to get your breakfast and dinner. Jeab and Au from the catering staff did out of the way to make our dining experience a very exceptional one with best food and customer service. Jeab takes all the efforts in making the patrons smile with her endless energy and enthusiasm. Top Stay at Ashlee hub. Will come back again.

Perfect location (5 minutes from the beach), big rooms, balcony with good city view! Ideal for “work and travel” ;) But be careful— it's noisy from nearby restaurants until late night!

Location was great there. Can walk to Patong Beach in 10-15mins. Walk to Big shopping mall in 15-20mins. Couple Night markets around there walk for 5 or 20mins. It was very convenient area. But is a bit noisy as a lot of bars around. If like the night life couple or friend group will be more suitable. Hotel was a bit old style. For the lift, toilet, bed sheet etc, just ok acceptable, not expecting a lot. Swimming pool nice and seem like private. Not much ppl using it at all. Breakfast was ok with basic chice but refill slow. Maybe not enough working staff there. Generally all good for my family trip. As I go out a lot and not using much in the facility. For the convenient location absolutely good.

Not too bad, livable, but just another older hotel from the past decades of glory being a western/euro manifested/funded from wilderness nothingness, thing to do, place to go, now overrun by globalist moneymens guises of righteousness boasting communist fascist big corp govt politicians and businessmen's unsustainable irresponsible unrestricted endless growth economics armies of flawed western emulators from everywhere on earth trying to be "the same" instead of simply creating/fixing their own nice, livable, moderated, affordable, clean, not overpopulated american dream sovereign nations/states/borders after all of human history finally legitimized for privilege, protection, responsibility, of each majority similar pattern people everywhere on earth (except the bizarre few globalist tools who refuse it for themselves and others). Resulting in the usual neglect and decline of standards and quality from excessive diversity/difference, no clear responsible owners/creators. It is bizarre how legacy western (and east asian) tourism mega red light districts/towns all recently turn into global tourist destinations even for curious oblivious families, children and couples. Hotel is near southern end of 2nd road, walk a long block to beach or more blocks to Bangla. Noisy at night til early AM from bars nearby. One slow old elevator for whole building. Large room and windows. Old dirty furniture. Comfy clean big bed. Floor was not clean upon 1st entry. Large bath/shower, old corroding hardware. Breakfast is very minimal east/west mix, but there's always toast/pastry, coffee, tea, fake juice, little Weiners and nasty bologna. Indians and chinese playing loud internet during breakfast. Even if your booking showed 2breakfast daily, they secretly changed it to 1 after solo check-in, so partner on later days couldn't get the included breakfast. Globalist puppet Yale man Maos forcibly rapidly westernized /consumerized China poorly disciplined and loud Chinese little princes and princesses permitted to run wild in lobby. Pool on roof was open but showers, restrooms, sauna, bar there seem abandoned. No view of ocean due to other building, and pool was placed at rear of building anyway. Across from, Hard rock, Hooters, BK. 7, pharmacies, tours, *****, bars, food, taxi/bikes hires and rentals, real and fake women, and impossible traffic on antiquated road system all nearby. There is a fitness room upstairs but basically only a few cardio machines, no useful weights, you need to go to extremely proud 400~500thb /day california fitness emulating gym nearby for a decent workout.

This hotel was in the perfect location! Across from Hardrock hotel! Close to street market very safe area! The breakfast was good and our room was very clean! Would definitely stay here again! Everything in walking distance!
