The hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, very quiet, and a very good environment👍. Large businesses nearby are not far away. The products are rich. There are also restaurants nearby, and the price is high.

The location of the hotel is good, just next to central Phuket, just 7.8 minutes walk. The facilities of the hotel are very new, it should be newly opened, not a few years. The actual hotel is okay, location in the middle of nowhere but with a ten minute walk to the large shopping mall. When I arrived at 10pm after a long day travelling, check in wasn’t easy. First if I paid with card there was a 2% charge.. ok but the receptionist can’t do math as I was told for the 2% charge it would make my 3000bhat room 4000!! I paid cash… then they wanted 1000bhat cash deposit!! No where on the booking did it say that was required. Room was clean, with a rubbish view but I couldn’t sleep all night as AC didn’t work. When I went out the next day at 10am I told reception & asked they fix. When I got back at 4pm, not only had my room not been cleaned, the ac hadn’t been looked at. I was told there was no problem! Asked for manager who called… kept speaking over me. As a solo female traveler I got upset, I didn’t feel well & as I cried I was laughed at. Told no one to fix ac on a Sunday! Eventually I was offered a different room after being dragged round hotel again… I just wanted to leave. I was left to cry in reception. I’d avoid if female.. I work in property management and I was told I wouldn’t know if ac worked as I’m a girl..,
