I told them that only thing I would like to see added (because they ask how they can improve to every customer) was to ad a fridge to the room. My room wasn’t advertised as having air-con, but I looked past that at the price, so was stoked to find my awesome room had air-con. Completely recommend for your stay in Phonsavan if you find yourself visiting.

Overall I would recommend the hotel, but no need to book a tour with them.
