This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

I stayed in the hotel and I found my car could not be started. I asked the Front desk gentle*** for help, and he was really nice to help me to call the Roadside service. Meanwhile, he informed the duty ***ager to help me. The duty ***ager took my key and went to the car. and He helped me to start the car. I had the hand brake on , so the car could not auto start, so this time I was learning. and thanks for the hotel kind help

The house prices are really not cheap. The townhouses and apartments in this area were bought casually at the price of 30,000 to 40,000 US dollars in 2008. So the relative land prices, the hotel is really profitable, and the hotel has a $ 39 resort fee. Ctrip is not included in the price. So be very careful when ordering, except for local tyrants. The hotel has a lot of ”pits”. I ordered a self-service restaurant at night, so no tip was given. After signing the order, the bank sent a text message. The price increased by 20 [%] Fortunately, the bank presided over justice. The place for breakfast was not labeled, but the ordinary Crossint and donuts in a supermarket each cost $ 4 for a total of $ 8. Fortunately only booked for one day

I stayed here for three nights because I could use points. Mistake. First of all, there is nothing ”nonsmoking” about the entire property. The lobby, elevator, hallways and rooms all reek of ********* smoke. There was a dirty ashtray in my room when I checked in, right below the 10-point cleanliness guarantee plaque, which is ironic. When I brought it down to the front desk, I showed it to the woman and said, ”This was in my room when I checked in.” She said casually, ”you can just put it over there” indicating the counter. I said, ”Um, it's a dirty ashtray.” She said, ”I'm sorry about that.” I said, ”My room is 'nonsmoking, right?” And she said, ”yeah, I'm really sorry.” That was it. The clientele was dodgy. Not a family-friendly vibe at all. I could go on, but I'll leave it at that. For $50 bucks more a night you can stay at the Embassy Suites Downtown North just a few blocks away and it's sooooooo much nicer!!
