good hotel

The hotel is divided into two buildings, one has no elevator and the other has elevator. When we first lived in this building without an elevator, we felt that going up and down the stairs would be difficult. But it feels pretty good without the baby. Later, the hotel changed us to the side with the elevator, which was much easier. The hotel also has a comfortable massage, but you have to make an appointment, and you may not be able to arrange it on a temporary basis. Fortunately, the massage was successful in the end. The elder sister who massaged was very powerful and more comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous, neither humble nor arrogant, and they also sent us off when we left, which is worthy of praise. Breakfast is also good. Since we stayed for a long time, we could try all kinds of breakfasts. The height of the sink is friendly for our couple, like one.

First of all, the French design is very tasteful, and I lived because I was attracted by the design. The breakfast is also very rich, it is made after ordering, and there are Asian and Western styles. The overall style design of the room is also very good, iron and hairdryer are available. Let's talk about my room: the toilet was shaking unsteadily when sitting on it, and when I looked down again, the seams were cracked, and there was water seeping out, maybe it was urine! sky! Maybe the glue didn't stick well? There are several beautiful spider webs or dust webs under the lampshade by the bedside, and the dust webs are also looming in the light under the sink. When I came back in the afternoon, I saw that the sand in the wash basin was still in the basin, and the floor drain was covered with a broom leaf. The thing that disgusted me the most was the ants. The clothes I changed were hung on the hook in the bathroom. On the first day, I found a lot of ants crawling, thinking I brought it back myself. On the third day, I found that there were many ants crawling again. I was puzzled. I came back with so many ants on my underwear? Looking up again, I saw the army of ants running around the seam leading to the ceiling. Design such a tasteful hotel! ? When I went to swim in the morning, the water quality was still very clear, but the waiter did not prepare a reclining chair or a large towel, so I asked for it before giving it. There were a lot of leaves floating on the water, so I asked the waiter to clean up the leaves before swimming. In other words, you have to ask for it yourself. Aren't these services essential? The weight scale in the room is also not working, the remote control of the TV is very naughty, sometimes it can be turned on, sometimes it is not working. Therefore, the hotel service management has not kept up, no one checks the details every day, the waiters are very lazy, and the fritters are slowly getting old. I don't know if the owner owner knows! For restaurants and hotels, if they do well, someone will check the details every day. There is no way to expect that the staff will really get the details in place. The general manager of the hotel I know, a luxury hotel, he gets up early every morning to run the floor from the top, checking the details one by one. A hotel has a spider web under its lampshade. What is the standard of a sanitation cleaner? By the way, on the first day I checked in, I found that the floor lamp plug was broken. I may have been like most people. It doesn’t matter. Why not? So I told the front desk downstairs, and they immediately replaced another floor lamp without even checking it first, which means they already knew that the floor lamp in this room was broken. That is, the hotel will bully the kind-hearted customers who keep silent, as lazy as they can. But if you pay for the room, you won't agree to a penny less, right? Here, you will know the advantages of international star hotel standards. B&B boutique hotels can only be judged from the national health standards, because the standards of the waiters are the health standards of ordinary people. So Japanese folklore can be trusted, other countries, think about it.

Is my favorite hotel

The hotel is in a very central location. The personnel is amazingly helpful and kind. The service is excellent. Nice little place to stay if you're looking to staying away from big crowded hotels. We recommend staying in the 3rd (and last) floor.

What a fabulous hotel. Location is great, walking distance to the major tourist sites and a shopping district. Rooms are spacious and the bed was super comfy. There is a small breakfast restaurant downstairs, but you also have access to a dinner restaurant across the street which also had the Cambodian Apsara dance show. But the best part by far is the staff. They were so welcoming and accommodating right from the start, knew how to get to the sites, recommended restaurants and general travel tips. When my wife fell ill due to the heat, they gifted her fruit, tea and sweets while she rested up in the room. And they showed genuine concern for her the next day.

We stayed here for 3 nights & can highly recommend. Excellent boutique hotel, our room was spotlessly clean with complimentary fruit & soft drinks & water. Our welcome & care by the lovely team were brilliant & nothing was too much trouble for them. We had great recommendations from them for other places to visit/dine. We also ate in their restaurant & had a great meal with them I had an excellent massage in their spa & would recommend this also, we even found time for a relax by the pool. A brilliant place to stay!

We are 2 French friends who stayed at the Rose Suites from August 30 to September 2, 2024. We occupied a double room, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was carrying out maintenance work at this time (low tourist season). As a result, the environment was probably noisier than usual, but that did not bother us. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the lively Bassac Lane district, and its wide choice of bars and restaurants. Overall, the hotel staff were very attentive and made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The icing on the cake was that we were able to check out at the end of the afternoon, which allowed us to optimize our last day in Phnom Penh. Special mention to the manager who, in addition to helping us organize our visits and outings, made the effort to learn a few words of French during our discussions :D

Amazing gem of a hotel... can't fault anything about this hotel..from accommodation which is out of this world !!! The staff are so beautiful & so helpful. The social impact on supporting disadvantaged children to gain an education is well thought out and effective.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in . I ve been to some of the best hotels in the world and some of the greatest flea pits but overall this place is phenomenal. Clean , friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and incredible value . Everyone working there has the same dedication to service and friendliness. That is clearly the through the positive influence of impeccable management under the seamless leadership of the amazing Sreypich . Read the other reviews readers . I rarely post but crikey, this hotel merits acknowledgment

Excellent service and accommodation. Staff so helpful and nothing too much. Sreypich was exceptional, exceptionally professional. Great for families and kids. So clean and well appointed. Excellent location great for visiting all the sites.

A very well presented and managed hotel. Well located for an easy 10minute walk to the Royal Palace area. Exceptional rooms, amazing beds, relaxing pool and above all the friendly staff went out of their way to welcome and look after us. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere. Wish we’d had more than one night.

Fantastic stay at Rose Suites. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Phnom Penh’s restaurants, markets and tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff very helpful and attentive. One very small thing, the TV channels available were not as described. Nevertheless, would recommend anyone travelling to Phnom Penh to stay at the Rose Suites. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!
