The front desk is very good, right at the entrance of the attraction, very close! Maybe because of the war, there are very few people, but Jordan feels quite safe, and everyone is very friendly. It is much better than the European experience, recommended!

酒店不錯,房間很大,前台服務很好,酒店人員都很NICE,還有水果送☺,建議去佩特拉古城的可以從修道院出發,可以走完全程也不累。

Stay for 1 night on 14th March on triple bed room. Room was clean and big enough for a family. Warm welcome, good people. Though my stay was short but I really enjoyed the stay. Good spread-out for dinner and breakfast. Food was very tasty and restaurant staff ready to help out with anything. The hotel is just 50mt from ticket counter of Perta. So after our night at Perta its was just a minute walk.

We stayed two nights in a double room and paid £145 which included breakfast. We were given a room with a perfect view overlooking the valley of Petra. Not sure if that was an upgrade but it was certainly thoughtful of them. Room was lovey and clean and had a complimentary set of Dead Sea toiletries in addition to the room amenities. Good size room, with a sofa that we enjoyed the sunset from. Room had the usual bits like a safe, kettle, slippers, TV Breakfast had a very good choice and the Chef was especially friendly and helpful and made me a dish of beans that he could tell I was puzzled by. Think it was 'foul madames' which you served yourself from a large thin necked steel pan and add various condiments to. If you want to get a head start in the morning to explore Petra before the crowds this hotel is ideal as breakfast starts very early and you are only about 100 metres from the park entrance. You're also close to the main ***** of shops, restaurants and the two bars that we managed to find!

Perfectly located hotel 100 m from Petra entry. Service is perfect, helpful and friendly including parking our car. We had triple room with extra bad, it was big and clean, beds very comfortable . Bathroom was very small and water was flooding out of shower:( breakfast was ok. Keep in mind, that they don’t serve alkohol that I did not like but respect

Great hotel next to the main entrance to visit Petra. Very kind staff at arrival. Ihab helped us with check in and explained a lot about trips and surroundings and he made sure we could stay in our room when we had a late flight back home. Thank you Ihab for your lovely service! Rooms were clean and with a lovely view over the mountains and sunset. Wifi is very good. Taxi stand on the corner of the hotel. Adam gave us a great service with breakfast. There is a lot of choice from salades to bacon and eggs and local treats.. great breakfast! Diner is a buffet but also with a lot of choice and tastfull food. We will return here for sure if we ever got back to Wadi Musa.

Great hotel. Steps away from Petra and the museum. The rooms were immaculate, quiet and well appointed. The roof terrace was nice-too cold during our stay for more than a quick sunset photo. Food was superb. The chefs rotated through the buffet area and would answer any question. One showed my husband exactly how to prepare breakfast fava beans. We were glad to have two nights in Petra and particularly glad to be in this hotel. The hotel had a nice gift shop. I regret not buying fragrance there since I never had another opportunity.

This hotel is just across from the entrance to Petra so the location was perfect. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent especially the traditional Arabic dishes. The evening buffet was equally delicious especially the kebabs. The street below the hotel also has a range of restaurants and small supermarkets. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra

I stayed here for 2 nights. The first night was fine and it is a relatively new hotel and the staff at the front desk are relatively friendly and helpful. After the first night and my experience at the restaurant, I had quite a positive impression of the hotel. However, after a problem with the restaurant manager the next day, it left a sour finish to my stay. I had a buffet dinner included in my stay on only the 2nd night. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I had already established a rapport with the kitchen staff and restaurant manager as I had ordered quite a lot of food as part of room service the previous night. I approached the chef and I asked him if they had some of the food I ordered the previous night as part of my room service, but in the buffet. He then took out the menu and asked me which one I was referring to. I pointed to two dishes out and he said he could make it just for me. I asked him if I would be charged for it if he did that as I didn't intend on paying for additional a la carte meals if it wasn't. He said "no charge for you". I asked are you sure? And asked him a second time. He said "no charge". I said OK thanks, thinking they were extending a similar offer that they had extended to me the previous night which was again throwing in a special request that I had at no charge. I went back to my room after taking my buffet food to my room and then one of the waiters came to deliver my a la carte dishes, with surprise surprise, a hefty bill for both dishes I requested. He did not understand English when I asked him about the charge and I said is this a charge?? He said no. And tried to force me to sign the bill. I refused and called the restaurant manager to explain what had happened. After a long conversation, he apologised and then told me to "enjoy my meal" and I won't be charged, then sent the waiter away. 10 mins later I get another knock on my door. The waiter comes back with another bill, this time wanting me to pay for the more expensive dish, waiving the fee of the cheaper dish. What? I was just told by the restaurant manager that I wouldn't incur any charges. So again I called the manager. This time he was not so nice. He talked so fast I could barely understand. He started to tell me off and tried to force me to pay for the meal when I was told there was no charge. I offered to return it even and he told me to enjoy the meal during the first phone call. I wasn't going to pay for something I was told was free of charge just for me. As I argued he eventually gave in and I didn't pay for it. This inconvenienced almost 30 mins of my time. It made me think of the previous night when I wanted to order a la carte dishes and this restaurant manager kept trying to make me pay for the buffet because no one was dining there for the buffet. Somehow a previously friendly encounter and experience turned sour and unpleasant. I don't think this is the way you treat a customer at all. I argued out of principle more than a
