Special structure, in the heart of the Dannunziana pine forest in Pescara, one step away from the sea. After checking in (the only negative note which I will discuss later), opening the door you find yourself in front of a very spacious room, where the scent of cleanliness makes the entrance intoxicating. New furniture and mattress of exaggerated quality, spacious bathroom and perfect shower. The room we used had a terrace of a huge size, which allows the area to be truly lived. The structure also has a large private car park where you can access it directly. The good breakfast, not huge, the only flaw is that it must be decided the night before through the form on the link. To conclude, the only notes that are not positive concern the check-in to be carried out online by sending data and images via a link received from the message of the structure, with the need to send the green-pass, which in addition to waste time, especially in cases, like us, of little internet connection, makes water on the privacy aspect of personal data. Other negative notes were the white curtains that had blotches of other guests and a water problem encountered in the morning, which did not bring water, but not dependent on the structure. I recommend booking through the property's website, which allows you to receive a better price than the others found. Excellent compliance with sanitation regulations.

Fantastic place near the sea in the green area of Pescara. Very kind managers ready to solve any problem. Fantastic staff. Exceptional large and spotless rooms. Ample parking with every comfort. We'll be back.

ZERO PROFESSIONALISM! I will make it short because I don't want to waste time telling the details of a bad experience like this: I had booked two nights in this structure, but on the day of departure the bus I had booked to reach Pescara does not make the stop and crashes my stay. (Ticket refunded, of course). I promptly notify the hotel by telephone, which merely says: "cancel on booking and there are no problems". After two days and I realize that the money for the entire stay is missing from Postepay (just under 400 euros). I call back to the facility to ask for explanations, but I have the misfortune to speak to an arrogant and rude person, who does not want to hear reasons and says that he did not care if I had not stayed in a hotel or if it was my fault or that of the transport company , by now I had canceled at the last minute and paid for everything, period and that's it. The thing that disgusted me most, honestly, was not so much what he said, nor the fact that he was POCKETING ALL THE MONEY without me even setting foot in the structure, but the way he said it, an arrogance embarrassing. (Evidently they are in really bad shape ...) And luckily, kindness should be the first rule in his profession !!!! She even dared to say: "I'm working and she's bothering me!" As if I were there talking about things that do not concern his work !!!! Really embarrassing.

Siamo tornati in questa struttura per un soggiorno di 3 notti. Anche questa volta ci siamo trovati bene, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato la location nei pressi della pineta di Pescara, l'ampio parcheggio, ampiezza delle stanze, la pulizia e la colazione. Forse da migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle stanze al piano terra; considerando che check-in ed ingresso avvengono via codice ricevuto in anticipo, non tutti i clienti che entrano per la prima volta nella struttura soprattutto in ore tarde hanno l'accortezza di rispettare il sonno altrui,
