A very nice location and a very friendly staff but the room we got was way too small and the bathroom / shower minuscule. Overall, a renovation is also needed (paiting, carpets, lighting, equipement).

Lovely peaceful hotel with spectacular sea views and extremely considerate and helpful staff. Easy parking. Rooms of good size and tastefully decorated. Good breakfast. Nice gardens with range of furniture to lounge upon. Good location - nice walk to the beach and a short stroll to the town centre for bars and restaurants.

Hotel Les Costans was a perfect example of a hotel that is doing everything right. The service, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the design and the comfort was exceptional. We stayed just for one night, a family of four (two kids under 12yrs) and we all agreed it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we have had across France. From the moment we walked into vast seafront lounge to our beautifully appointed en suite rooms, no detail was missing. The mood of the interiors perfect toy matched the stunning views of Les Sept Isles out to sea. Moreover, the hotel has 3 EV charging points in their private off street car park - a real rarity in a region that is clearly behind in providing for EV drivers. We cannot recommend Les Costans enough and will be returning!

the family rooms are definitely too small, there is no place to move or put luggages. The common spaces and the view are very nice. The breakfast is ok but big failure for the fruit salad (industrial one with preservative taste, not acceptable for this standing)

One of the best holiday hotels we have ever had. We had a good welcome on reception, very helpful tips on walks and good restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom. The restaurant (for breakfast) has stunning views across the bay and (some of) the Sept Iles (of which there are actually five!) Breakfast is a really good buffet, with cold meats and lovely cheeses, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit salad and very good yoghurts among other things. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a bar with a small selection of Breton beers, wines and other drinks. The location is good for the beaches of Perros-Guirec, for walking round the pink granite coast, and boat trips to see the sea birds on the Sept Iles (the walk and boat trip particularly recommended). Off-street parking. A number of spaces had chargers for electric cars. We would go again.

Great French seaside hotel. We had a sea view suite which had a shared deck looking out over the gardens and the sea. Hotel immaculate and great breakfast. Gardens are really pretty and a convenient location to walk into town for supper. Carpark and electric hookup. Would return. We walked along to coast path to see the pink granite rocks.

Always a pleasure to stop in Les Costans when I come to Lannion area. The site is very pleasant, with sea view. Welcome is professional & friendly. Rooms are large, well equipped, clean... The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a great experience. All this for a pretty affordable cost.
