Even though i had an email confirmation of early check in, the reception guy was asking me to wait till 2 pm until i produced the email copy. So basically no record / track is kept about guests requests. Secondly, the entrance was horrible as some underground work was going on and had a large pit dug on the narrow road that leads to the hotel from the main road. So the guests had to take a long way around using a different parallel road to reach the hotel which i had to figure out myself. The hotel authority should have informed this earlier. Otherwise, this is a budget stay hotel. Since i was about to checkout early considering the fact that i checked in early, provisions were made to provide the complimentary breakfast on the day i checked in and i do appreciate it ! i would also suggest an inprovement to provide an intercom facility in future. We stayed at the globe house of Le Apex which is in the topmost floor. The room was beautiful! It had two balconies that provided excellent views. The caretaker Aneesh was extremely helpful. He helped arrange rentals for us to roam around Pondicherry. Knowing we had a wonderful place to stay at the end of the day was relieving despite the tiredness from the daily travels. I would highly recommend the stay!

Room was neat and clean. Hospitality was good. But tv and intercom was not working every time we need to go the ground floor to inform. Parking was messy. Budget friendly. Getting an a/croom in this budget was good. Try to rectify tv and intercom. Thank you.

Room was good, big and neat, common areas were good and clean too. But there were no bathroom toiletries like shower gel, hairdryer. Also there's no restaurant, this causes inconvenience in always going out or ordering food from outside. For the price they charge, all the above facilities should be provided. Otherwise everything was good, location was awesome, staffs were very polite and quick in their service
