I stayed for two nights, and it was a bit inconvenient as there was no toilet seat and no toilet paper in the restroom. However, I'm very satisfied with how affordable the stay was. When you stay here, it might be a good idea to bring your own toilet paper.

It’s just a smooth transaction with the hotel. About the room, it’s clean that guests will be comfortable to stay. I’ll just recommend to add pillowcases, bed sheet and a blanket to make it more comfortable. We had a great stay and the staffs are friendly. We’ll surely book again in this hotel.

The reception area is good. The employees also good. The pics are way off from the actual room. Yes, it’s cheaper but you really have to manage your expectations. Bathroom door is broken, there’s a sink apart from the bathroom sink, was not able to use TV remote does not have batteries. Anyways if you’re on a budget can be considered but I’m not going back. I hope accommodations post clearly that they do not have an elevator.

It’s so hot kahit my electric fan. Manipis ung foam tapos bakal ung hed frame kaya masakit sa likod. Not wortg the price wala man lang free na sabon or shampoo or toothbrush and toothpaste. Di gaano malamig ung lobby  Mabait yung staff.

Nice place for a night stay... Provides the bare essentials, just brinh your toiletries with you...

I don't know why people have complain about this hotel. It's clean, service is great.. I am sure you have been to swimming pool and you would notice the odor that smells like chlorine that's because swimming pools care about their customers and this hotel cares a lot of their customers as well and they use this kind to their bathroom. Cockroaches? Only reason is because either you let the door open or window open. There is nothing bad to complain about.

Enjoyed my stay, it was a quiet place to be. Able to relax and read my books with no disturbance. Meet new friends and other guests is also friendly.

Of all the 3 Maine City Residences, this is my most convenient one because it's near everything. But, this is also the worst one. Your Front Office Staff REALLY needs training, they don't greet guests. They don't say Hi, Hello, Good Morning or Good bye. Your room as well needs maintenance. Your Housekeeping needs training as well, they are quick to respond to guest complaints but prevention is always better than cure. It's not my first time to check in to your place but this time it's really the worst one. I wasn't really going to make a bad review but when the guest said Thank you to your staff, at least say Your welcome. I think that's basic in the industry. You need to check your place and people again. It was not like this last time I checked in. Probably not going back to this place again.

It was really hot and tough. I guess it's to be expected since I chose a cheap place, but having the AC and fan not work in a hot country felt like being in a sauna.
