No one there when we showed up at the facility. Called and was told the person had to go home for a while. Told my situation with a sick partner. Waited on parking lot in over 100 degree temp for her return some 45 minutes after the call. Was told check in was at 3. We checked in 10 minutes earily. Not what I consider good customer service. Don’t know if this is even up to the basic standard of Wyndham promise to customers. Wasn’t a happy customer in the end.

Front desk was very pleasant and attentive. Room clean and mattress comfortable. However, we always choose a breakfast included facility, for speed as much as economy. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a Resturaunt. The voucher was worth about $9.00 with coffee not included. Our breakfast cost $30 after the voucher deduction and it took us almost an hour to be served. In the room We had no place to hang clothes—the one hook on the bathroom door was broken, no Kleenex, no drawers.

The floor of our room was sticky. The man at the office who checked us in kept saying how he didn’t know how much we spent because we booked our room through a 3rd party, as if that makes a difference in what I get when I arrive? If there are options to book through *******, I would expect the business to have access to what their customers are purchasing. Little concerning. At 6 am the room above ours began moving furniture and stomping. This continued until well after 8 am when we were so frustrated we packed our car and left. While backing out of our parking spot we watched the cleaning staff exit the room above ours. If cleaning at 6 am is standard practice, maybe communicate that to your patrons prior to booking. The complimentary breakfast isn’t on site and is extremely limited. Overall, would not recommend. Drive a little further and stay someplace a little less sketch.

Convenient location and the pool was nice. Snacks in the office were nice but they were not volunteered, I had to ask about them. We had a handicapped accessible room and the walk-in shower was very helpful. I was not informed that I needed to ask for daily cleaning if I wanted it and even when I did ask for it, I didn't get it. Also, the floor was so dirty that when I walked barefoot on it after my shower, my feet were black and I had to rewash them before getting into bed. We didn't particularly like the breakfast setup where we needed to go three blocks to a restaurant to eat. Just pancakes, french toast or biscuits and gravy - no protein, no beverage, no fruit included.

Looks a bit rough and dated on exterior but rooms were updated and clean with new very comfy mattresses. Bathroom small but great water pressure in shower. Would stay here again.

They pulled out the red carpet for me...
I had asked for a few extras and all were taken care of.
Mgmt was on top of everything.
Room was the cleanest of my vacation.

The updates were great. Staff was nice and accommodateing. Everthing very clean. Can't beat the price for what you get. The breakfast voucher to The Badlands Saloon & Grill was awesome. Perfect area for a little shopping afterward.
