總的來説房間平平無奇，二樓的卧室感覺結構很空，小朋友在床上站着脱褲子摔倒了一下感覺地板和電視櫃都在動，主要是超級不隔音，我們住的房間窗簾始終不能完全閉合，睡覺一直受外面路燈影響.整體房間感覺簡潔吧，這個價格略顯寒酸了點。最要命的是當天晚上有不禮貌的房客一直在民宿範圍內放煙花和各種炮….太擾民了！並且這現象持續到晚上12點！店家對擾民房客毫無措施，衹能口頭提醒，也沒對其他受影響的房客做出一定的安慰。也衹是口頭説不好意思，管家也提醒了，對方就是不聽。我想説的是，店家這樣的操作會永久損失有素質的房客。希望老闆開店還是得有點自己的規矩！入住您的民宿是來休息的，不是來被鞭炮聲折磨的！早餐的配置比晚上的入住體驗好一點，至少熱菜熱飯水果新鮮。管家還是很熱情的，幫忙拿東西。

講兩個客觀事實：一是位置。酒店位置就在快速路邊，我自認為睡眠質量好，結果一晚上被飛馳的車吵醒好幾次。二是硬件。酒店是板房，不是鋼筋水泥修的，在房間裏走路床都在搖晃；房間佈局類似筒子樓，房間僅有的窗户開在門口走廊一側。同時，在如此吵鬧的位置，窗户質量，房間隔音極差。存在即合理，以上事實並不是我不滿意的地方。而是，這家酒店價質不匹配，這個價格，你讓我住招待所？

房間裝修不錯，衞浴都是品牌，洗護產品包括了洗髮水沐浴露護髮素身體乳全套，有身體乳這個真的是很貼心，烤肉味道也不錯，但就是人多的時候有點顧不過來，廚房阿姨態度不是特別好，整體環境不錯，但是靠近路邊以及木質結構房屋隔音效果不太好，其他都很不錯，停車也方便，老闆還裝了充電樁

二刷這家民宿，今年又給我完全不一樣的感覺，老闆把旁邊農家樂重新裝修出來供客人喝茶，燒烤，娃娃耍水，麻將機也比去年多，大人娃娃都有耍的。老闆的審美一直在線，簡單、清爽。娃娃更跑的開，簡直不要太舒服。他們家阿姨炒的菜也特別巴適，一般人我不説😃，夏天到彭州避暑的朋友強烈推薦

非常滿意的一家別院，因為和孩子同學相約一起去玩老闆非常貼心的幫我們把房間安排在一層，方便小朋友們玩耍，提供的早餐也很豐富，還能自助使用廚房，離要去的景點也非常的近，推薦的魚餐廳也很不錯！強烈推薦！

在這個酒店度過了愉快的五一節，酒店環境好，設施設備齊全，小朋友還可以這裏游泳，玩得非常開心，並且老闆非常熱情，在這裏可以打麻將可以吃飯，小朋友和大人的需求都滿足了，很滿意的一次住宿👍

房間比一般的快捷酒店還小，床也很小，房間門縫太大透光晚上太亮衹能用浴巾擋住，衞生間鏡子的電源指示燈關不掉，透過衞生間門太亮，對睡覺敏感的人很不友好，酒店在這個假日人也很少，入住率低，總體來説600左右的價格在這個季節彭州性價比很差
