We parked out Big Penske Truck in the back parking lot. We were greeted with a smile and polite conversation. Then we entered our room and were pleasantly surprised, it all looked so new ( reviews we read indicated otherwise so I think they were fake reviews). The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Sheets and bedspreads where white so if they were dirty I would have noticed but they were clean and comfortable. Mattress was good too. We got a complimentary toothbrush and paste since my grandson forgot his. (The gentleman at the desk was so sweet and always ended the conversation with ( if you need anything at all just let me know). Shower worked well and we went down to see about breakfast which was another surprise ( a review stated the time was posted wrong but this was not true, it is clearly posted on the wall).
BREAKFAST: another wow, bacon, cheese omelet, boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, strawberries, bread, bagels etc
Check out was easy like check in.
DIDN’T USE: TV, POOL, WORKOUT ROOM, LAUNDRY ROOM OR ICEMAKER but we saw them.

We booked this room because it advertised it would
sleep 6. When we arrived, it was one bed and a pull out couch. Not setup for 6 people and staff said “well it’s your fault for booking through a 3rd party” and treated us like second class citizens for doing so.

This property is located near two other less desirable hotels. It is nicer than the other two but it’s so overpriced.

Food was awful. Someone needs to take pride in the food serviced. Carpet was gross in my room. Big stains. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Maid walked in on me when I was getting out of the shower at 8:00 am.

i was sadly disappointed in this Hampton Inn. Friendly people, but the place is beginning to go down hill.Sheets clean, but wrinkled. Furnishings are worn or removed.
Breakfast was a bust! Very little breakfast food available. My wife said, “False Advertising.” We have stopped here many times over a couple decades, But this was our last. Hilton needs to review this place.
Even the Road sign advertising the place is faded and run down and uninviting.

Why did I rate this lovely hotel as low as possible? Because it took 1 and 1/2 hours from booking to being given our room. Over an hour waiting in the lobby for the reservation confirmation. 2 attempts with the virtual agent and on hold for over 15 min before i could receive any help. ******* did not live up to my expectations today.
