This is the worst place to stay Service and professionalism can be marked as negative We had a booking for 1st Oct check in and 2nd Oct checkout however they denied our booking stating they won't accept online booking and sold our booking at higher price But they considered our booking for the next day based on their comfort Pls do not opt for this stay they might kick u out if they get higher price Wr had to sleep on road Receptionist are equally rude and pathetic Do not waste ur time here there are better options in the same area Disgusting is the only word to describe it

We checked in early at 8am. Our room was not available. After lot of persuations/discussions, the front desk lady offered us a bigger Family Room. Room was very spacious with 2 king bed with clean linens and toilet was equally good. Our package was including breakfast. They have set menu for breakfast which was reasonably good. From the room good 180 deg view of the Ganga. Staff are all well behaved, special mention for the front desk lady. Only con is the hotel has no lift and we were placed at 5th floor.
