Great location for families with young children! Straight from the tollway and away from the city center traffic. Lovely private beach with swimming pools. There’s also a restaurant and bar right next to the pool which allows even more family time. The hotel size is ideal for us as we travel with a toddler and a baby. Everything is fast and convenient. No need to walk miles and miles from one area to another. Food is great, especially Thai food. We were impressed by the proper pizza oven as well. Prices are reasonable. However, our suggestion regarding food is that the hotel should upgrade the sausages . It was pretty disappointing to not have certain quality of food provided during breakfast from a 5-star hotel. Another thing was the pillows. They all were way too big and high. We ended up not using them unfortunately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

”Fantastic hotel” Once you have left the large car park or drop off point outside the hotel you experienced the breath taking reception area, this leads nicely to the open area where the first of 2 swimming pools appear, the first pool is overlooked by the nicely presented rooms, this then leads to another swimming pool which then leads directly onto the lovely clean private beach. The hotel caters for everyone from family to couples with or without children. The restaurant provides a variety of food for people from most nations of the world, there is also a poolside bar which serves a good selection of food at a reasonable price. We found that all the staff from reception, house keeping and pool staff were all so very friendly and helpful. We initially booked for 5 days but increased that to 7 which reflected how pleased we were with our stay at the hotel. We cant recommend this hotel enough for the perfect relaxing stay at a very affordable price.

Start with the pluses, it is a lonely rest, there is no crowd of tourists, the beach is clean and almost always empty, no one takes the cheeslongies from the morning)) In general we had a feeling that we were resting in the hotel alone, and only at breakfast it was clear that there were many guests in the hotel! Still we really liked the pool, the first time in life we wanted to swim in the pool more than in the hot sea)) The pool is in a beautiful tiny garden with blooming trees, Decorated with elephants and dragons, etc. There is a children's area with jacuzzi and sea view. In general very colorful! The room we had in the building of luxury, on the second floor with a garden view and a neighbouring hotel! The room itself is very spacious, clean , furniture is old but kind, the refrigerator worked well. The bed in 10 days changed once, the cleaning was not carried out every day, the trash we put out the door, then it was quickly taken away) Breakfasts were quite worthy, everything was enough. Now the minus. With the darkness coming in the hotel life stops , from the word completely! Even the lights are switching off, around the darkness and silence ! We love the layer of rest, but even we were bored) And here is the most important minus , it is the distance from the stores, cafe and infrastructure! In the hotel itself for dinner you will pay a little amount if you find the person who will cook it for you and it is not worth it, believe it! Not delicious! In general, in the hotel there are some problems with cooking, after sunset)) Even the bar is closed! On foot in the heat to the nearest shop and cafe to go kilometer 3. Tuky tuki passes by rarely, so we went to a taxi! One time we had dinner in the nearby hotel, there was delicious and beautiful + looked at the evening show!In general rest remained satisfied , After all, the main thing is that we were with the family in this beautiful country where you want to go back , but next time I choose a hotel that will be closer to infrastructure!

Rest with a girlfriend in February 2020. The hotel is quite new, clean, the rooms are small but all necessary are: a conder, a refrigerator, a teapot, a TV (no watched), a fan. A conder over beds, a table and a coffee chair - in the other part of the room. We cleaned and changed towels every day, the washing facilities left too every day, and 2 bottles of water. Beach towels we took with us, in fact we changed them 2 times. The pool was liked! clean, in the evening with light, there is a small part for children). Particular umbrellas, lieutenants and tables around. When we rested - all the places were enough, during this period just closed the entry of Chinese tourists. Free WiFi at the hotel worked perfectly. The sign from the operator did not enter my phone - did not use. The area of the hotel is small but everything is arranged sympathetic))) Flowers and palm trees around))) - all OK! In general, 3 identical hotels next to - ”Garunda,” ”Mangrove Hotel” and ”Olive Tree.” Breakfast is good, hungry will not remain)) Fresh vegetables, meat chewed with vegetables, sausages, eggs, noodles, rice, soup, ponds, biscuits, coffee, etc. For children several kinds of flakes and milk. From fruit there were arbuz and pineapple. Go to the sea.. 10 minutes, the photo shows a multi-storey building - this is the Nirvana Hotel - here and the sea) kind of saw a tuck-tuck at the hotel, but we walked. Nearby is full of cafes. We had lunch at ”NOK Chill Bar&Restauran” (so it was written on the red sign), There the whole brick wall is written by the reviews of satisfied customers)) If to go to Sukhumbit - there fruits, restaurants with music (sing local children Russian songs - very soulful), shops, shopping center Mimosa, pharmacies, Fresh and Tour.agents. Still we went to the markets to the Ambassador - there is everything full, and the prices are normal. Massage salons at every step. But the main bonus, I think - it is Blue Lagoon - Waterspors Club, which is located next to the shore!!! Here is what I was impressed)) These guys were so urinated!!

Отель очень понравился, он новый. Внутри все новое. Уборка качественная ежедневная. Белые полотенца меняют каждый день. Шампунь и гель ставят каждый день. Воду каждый день ставят 2 бутылки и кофе сухое. Фен есть. Чайник в номере есть. Кондиционер отлично работает не шумный. На балконе 2 стула и стол, приятно сидеть пить чай и вечером хорошо. Персонал очень приветливый. Бассейн работает до поздна, полотенца выдают бесплатно внизу. Завтраки как везде, голодными не остались: яйцо, овощи, рис (в разном исполнении) спагетти или что то из капусты, к чаю гренки или вафельное печенье и джемы, фрукты только арбуз и ананас (безумно вкусные). Чтоб поесть обед или ужин недалеко есть ”обжорные ряды”. напротив отеля Амбассадор переход через дорогу и там пройтись немного и увидите. Мы ели у Фонн, приятная женщина вкусно готовит. Ели у нее акулу, сома, окуня, осьминогов и тд. Выбирали отели между амбассадором, потом встретили многих туристов оттуда, все плохо отзывались по уборке проблемы и слишком большой отель и старый. Все таки стоило на 6000 больше заплатить, свое турагенство у меня с Москвы путевка обошлась в 134000 на 2 взр. Рядом с отелем магазины севен элевен, можно найти все. Массаж для ног рядом с отелем дешевле чем в других местах 200 батт. Экскурсии брали недалеко от нашего отеля у Анны. У нее дешевле чем у туроператора, у нас был анекс. Немного про военный пляж ездите туда, наш пляж тоже хороший но там белый песок красиво, еда тоже недорогая. Можно добраться самим но местные таксисты хитрят и когда вызываешь от пляжа, то цены в разы выше 500 батт. До военного пляжа нельзя пройтись пешком, там проезжаешь настоящую военную базу, поэтому нужно вызывать такси к самому пляжу. Вот из за этого цена выходит такая же как по экскурсии (входной билет входит в стоимость экскурсии) 800 батт на двоих у нас вышло. На реку Квай очень хотелось но по дням не успели. Брали экскурсию Дольче вита, понравился кормили на убой и выпивки тоже было море, плавали в открытом море и на острове. Под конец все опьянели но обошлось без драк. Я хочу вернуться еще в Таиланд, но уже наверно поеду в Пхукет.

Это не первый мой визит в Тай, поэтому отзыв будет максимально объективный, знаю с чем сравнивать, что хвалить/ругать и на что можно закрыть глаза). Сначала о плюсах) Территория отеля очень понравилась! Большая, зеленая, с множественными фото локациями, ухоженная и красивая. Пляж шикарный! Первая линия, с добротными лежаками, зонтами и столиками. Есть варианты выбора где отдыхать: у басика, в тени в беседках или под зонтами на песочке. К слову, песок тут привозной, желтый, и о нем очень трепетно заботятся - он идеально чистый. Самый большой и жирный плюс отелю - это абсолютно купательное море! Вода чистая и прозрачная, конечно нет бирюзовости, потому что... читайте выше песочек желтый. Пляжная линия широкая, не поделена между отелями какими-либо заграждениями, поэтому можете намотать пару км гуляя вдоль нее). Есть зона для пляжного волейбола, мяч можно брать на ресепшн, записывая его на свой номер (если потеряете штраф 500 бат или купить такой же мяч в городе, знаем проходили)). Теперь о минусах и всяких посредственностях, которые могут быть для кого-то критичными. Завтраки откровенно плохие (не забывайте отель 3 звезды! вот они на трояк с минусом). 10 дней абсолютно одинаковой еды, ну да ладно, мы не привередливы... но все холодное, даже если ты пришел в 7 утра к открытию столовой - яичница и сосиски ледяные, а если вы не едите острое, то это ваше единственное питание на весь отпуск! Из фруктов только ананас и арбуз. Первые три дня, спустя минут 20 после завтрака мне становилось плохо (тошнота, боли в желудке, рвота) исключила из питания кофе с молоком и ананасы - все прошло. Уборка в номере тоже на трояк( это вот прям печаль, при том что оставляли чаевые и даже русские шоколадки, привезенные специально... потом перестали оставлять( За 10 дней пол не мыли ни разу, забывали пополнять гели и шампунь, один раз оставили нас без туалетной бумаги. Полотенца могли забрать, а новые не положить. В какой-то вечер я уронила сережку и включила фонарик на телефоне для облегчения поиска... лучше бы я этого не видела, под кроватью не убирали наверно пару лет(( Еще один не положительный момент, отель очень далеко от города, на тук-туке 30 минут до центра по оживленной трассе (т.е. могут быть пробки, а еще шум и грязь), конечно кто-то это воспримет как плюс, и море купательное именно из-за этой удаленности, но есть одно НО...отель предоставляет только завтраки! значит вам нужно где-то питаться! На территории есть кафе, но цены там очень кусаются (особенно если вас приехала большая семья, как в нашем случае). Ближайший ”обжорный ряд” в районе Амбассадора, но путь туда как раз по оживленной трассе около 1 км (местами без тротуара, там сейчас активный ремонт). Выводы) Кому важно тюленить у басика и купаться в море, без поездок на острова, кто может каждый день питаться в кафе (финансово может!, что бы яснее была ситуация: том ям в кафе 300 бат, на обжорном ряду 90 бат). Кому не важны вечерние променады по Волкин стрит и центральной Паттайе - этот отель вам 100%

Rest in April 2018, though for the first time abroad the hotel liked, chose in advance the hotel for newer, therefore and repair, furniture and other things were at the height. At first there was discomfort that only breakfast in the hotel, lunch and dinner are looking where you want, but then they realized the beauty of it that you don't need to run to the hotel by a certain time, but wanted to eat went to the cafe and ate what you want. Prices aren't so expensive. At night, they got a ready hawk in the market and ate in the room. We went on a tour to the island of Co-Kut here the water is transparent and the island really like the paradise ... I wanted to stay there, only 2 days paid... it was a pity to leave. Many money spent on tours and other entertainment, but we really liked it. Anytime we go to the islands purposefully, if you want to rest more on the beach, go to the islands.

I booked sea view room double bed, when I arrived they said wait until 2pm to check in. The room was 2 single beds low floor not much sea view. ThenI came to talk to reception they said there were only 2 options: 1) double bed with no sea view, 2) sea view with 2 single beds put together. I have prepaid for sea view room with double bed but I had to accept double bed with no sea view. I am very unhappy with the bad service arrogant attitude of front desk staff.
