GLOW Pattaya

Glow Pattaya Hotel is a fantastic place to stay and truly deserves five stars. From the moment you arrive, the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel at home. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, including a refreshing swimming pool, a well equipped gym, and a great restaurant serving delicious food. The location is very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, yet still peaceful for rest. Overall, Glow Pattaya offers outstanding value, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for all travelers.

The room was clean and modern. The AC worked perfectly (essential for the Pattaya heat!). The rooftop pool is definitely the best part of the hotel, and it also has a nice gym.  There is a 7-Eleven right nearby and plenty of local street food stalls within 2 minutes of the lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), so I’d recommend using the Bolt app for transport (approx. 80 THB to Bali Hai Pier). Highly recommended for those who want a modern hotel without the luxury price tag.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is perfect if you just need a comfortable place to sleep. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but everything else was fine and I would stay here again. The only disappointment was that the room photos showed four pillows per bed, but there were only two when we arrived. We asked for extra pillows and were given only one, with the hotel saying additional pillows should have been requested in advance. This was a little frustrating, as I expected the room to match the photos. Light sleepers or guests who prefer extra pillows may want to keep this in mind.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. There was noticeable dust, and I found hair on the pillows, blankets, and bed, which suggested that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The coffee cups were also not washed. Although the room was spacious, the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. I hope the hotel will take this feedback into consideration and improve their housekeeping standards in the future.😥

This is the perfect place to stay in Pattaya. It’s a great place for a great price and conveniently located.

It’s my second time around staying at the hotel. I just so love staying on this hotel, convenient and have a touch of class.

Hotel A , B and ,C , B is very bad condition , first day was Hotel B , not good condition , then I changed A , A was good condition , but not before , that means I was 2022 and 2023 was very good condition , must clean and maintain , otherwise good Thanks

Dear Glow Pattaya, We checked in for our stay on October 31, 2025, in a Deluxe Corner Premier room for one night. Upon entering the room, we noticed a musty and smoky odor. There were hair strands on the floor and table, and more importantly, black debris on the bed and pillows. We informed the staff, who offered to show us another room. However, the second room also had the same musty smell, dirt on the floor, and stains or oily marks on the bed, making it unfit for our stay. Therefore, we decided to cancel and requested a refund, which was denied by the hotel. After this experience, we have no interest in staying at this property again. Good luck with maintaining this level of service and lack of responsibility. Best regards, Korrawit P.
