When we arrived the manager could not find our booking so I found it. We were given a room with a broken toilet. The manager said it could not be fixed until the next day. At 9pm the manager called to give us another room.When we got the other room the bed was half made.The curtains would not close and the TV did not work.Then children started screaming at 7am.They screamed and shouted everyday from 3pm till 7pm. No room could escape the noisy children. Don't stay here. Very bad lazy management.Sept.2022

Very pleasant stay.
The establishment is well located (halfway between the center of Pattaya and Jomtien), the cleanliness is impeccable,
the swimming pool of a good size and well exposed, the rooms of good size and comfortable.
BUT
- there is not a single French-speaking television channel
-the hotel restaurant is (temporarily?) closed, so there is no breakfast available
-and the DTAC mobile telephone network is not received inside the hotel, which is probably not the fault of the hotel.
These reservations attenuate but do not eliminate the attractiveness of the establishment.
