From the greeters at arrival to the receptionist desk the enthusing, courteousness, smile was felt all through. The front desk is efficient. The design and decors are of first resort type, meaning spaciousness. low ambient noise level, exotic welcoming beverage etc. we asked for a quiet room and was sent to building 2. Indeed it was very quaint. They have two pools both were very well designed. The breakfast area is big and the flow of food stations is very well thought of. It is also big with high ceilings. We give it close to a five star. Definitely will visit again.

It's not a downtown access location But there is a nearby KFC night market outlet The hotel is a brand hotel that represents Thailand, so it's clean The hotel is big, so you have to travel by golf car. The staff are kind I'm willing to visit again

The rooms are huge, cleaned and nicely furnished and the included breakfast exceeds my expectations. However, was a bit disappointed not due to the hotel but the spa /massage services as we couldn’t get a slot as it was fully booked. For anyone planning to stay here, please book your spa/massage appointment few days before you checked into the hotel as the hotel to ensure that you get a massage/spa slot.

Hotel is very new and comfortable, a lots of restaurants and spa/massage shops surround, would like to stay here again if come to pattaya in next time

Good location near the main road. The room was clean the staff was good. Breakfast was nice.

Good looking a hotel, but there are a lot of Chinese people around here, and the room that I got has so much smell of smoke! Slow response

The hotel was great but the buffet breakfast was a little too crowded and noisy. And there was a hard big thing in the shower cubicle which was dangerous

I booked 3 garden wings-rooms for one night. All facilities is perfect. The breakfast is superb. The staff are very polite and willing to help. There are 2 parking lot, one is on underground and another one is outdoor. My parents was very enjoyed on their spa. One tip, if you have planed to go to spa, please do the reservation first. You may get some discount for advance booking. If I go to Pattaya next time, I will stay here absolutely.

Nice environment, two swimming pools, gym. Location convenient if you are a miffy fan given proximity to miffy cafe. Service needs improvement, I emailed hotel in advance to make dinner booking at Lucas and appointments at spa. I received email confirmation for these bookings but found dinner reservation and spa appointments not known to restaurant and spa. Lucky restaurant could accommodate us and we need to choose different spa treatments given no advance bookings known to spa. We weren't happy given we thought arrangements were already confirmed.

Clean and comfort room. There are not much amentities like 5 stars hotel but enough for staying. Reasonable price. Location is on Sukhumvit road. So it will convenience to go to Pattaya beach if you have car.

The room and the location is nice. However, the service still need to be improved. I walked to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water and they refused to give me. They asked for my room no. and said the housekeeper will send it to my room. At the end no one came. I mean it’s it’s just a bottle of water, why It has to be so difficult to ask. It’s ridiculous lol. And one more thing, I never seen any hotels up to 3 stars not allow guests to take slippers back home. And it’s like one time use slippers that kind of thing. I normally don’t take other amenities back but I just like hotel slippers lol. I mean it’s not wrong, it’s their right to do so. However, It just shows me how stingy and cheap this hotel could be.

Love the proximity with the massage place. Can just walk back hotel room to relax and rest after the massage. Room is big enough for 3 adults.The fridge is a bit small though.
