Wonderful place.. friendly housekeeper and owner. Legit place.. location is abit far from the clubbing scenes but overall it is a nice place to stay and gather together with friends to chill and party. Price is reasonable also.

There are three rooms and a small swimming pool, suitable for children to play. The living room has an average layout and no sofa. It would be better if the pool table is removed and a sofa is placed. There are basic kitchen utensils, but there is no seasoning. You have to buy everything by yourself. There is no cooking, no toothbrush, and no washing machine. The weather in Thailand is very hot, and there must be mosquitoes. The room hygiene is rated 60 points because there are some small bugs and ants. There are several air conditioner boxes outside one of the rooms that are very noisy. The landlord is not bad.
