With hotel fully booking moved us to other more cheaper hotel and not refund the gap it’s bad experience

The hotel was over booking. There was no room for me when I arrived. The first night, the hotel gave me the old room, no hot shower and the toilet was broken which was not the room I've booked. GM of the hotel promised me that he will change the room for the 2nd night. But when I came back on the 2 night after count down event at 2 am, there was no room for me and hotel didn't no anything, only said sorry. I had to drive back from Pattaya to Bangkok at 3 am.
It was very terrible and bad experience.

Very nice hotel, great service, a small swimming pool and parking lot. It's about 10 minutes by motorcycle from the beach. It's very quiet. Opposite the 79show building. There's an aunt and uncle's BBQ in front of the door. It's delicious! There's also a 711 opposite, very convenient. If you like quiet, you can stay here
