Was really looking forward to staying here given other reviews and on the whole we had a very relaxing time, however having stayed at All Inclusive hotels elsewhere this is simply not a 4/5 star hotel. Pro's Food in the two open A la Carte evening restaurants was excellent and with a good selection. Wine on the a la Carte menus (at extra cost) was excellent Service in the Cosy bar especially from Lambini (may have spelt that wrong was excellent Thalassa for lunch was really very good Cons Long transfer from airport, inbound transfer of 2 hours with the Greek version of Lewis Hamilton overtaking on blind bends in a minibus was hairy and was glad when we eventually arrived safely Late night check in was luke warm, no explanation of facilities, restaurants, bars etc, only two parties checking in so wasn't due to being busy. Room with swim up pool whilst very comfortable had black mould in the shower that a good scrub could remove Paid for "ultra all inclusive" but then had to pay for extra coffee pods and mini bar was not restocked at any point during our stay, we had to take milk from restaurant for coffee/tea Only 2 A la Carte restaurants open, this was not explained on check in, limited dining options as a result, if this was a result of hotel being under capacity then I"d hate to think what service at main bar would be like if full The app was hit and miss showing no availability at theme restaurants despite booking available at reception Service in main bar was shocking, 3 or 4 times we ordered drinks via table service not to receive, that was when you did eventually get served. Lovely quiet indoor bar Ambrosia had no service at all We were in blocks 721-728 pool area needed some TLC lots of weeds or bare earth in flower beds and broken/cracked plastic drainage on pool surround Gym was tired, with lots of old equipment, some of which was broken. I know I sound like I'm really moaning, this is on the whole is a good resort with good facilities and plenty to do but does let itself down in a few areas and I feel compared to other resorts we have stayed at is simply not 4* + or 5 * The beach is lovely with a great selection of watersports however and as I said at the top we did have a very relaxing stay, however with all things considered we'd be unlikely to return
