OYO Townhouse 79957 OYO Townhouse 411 Hotel Clark Inn

I booked my room there online by OYO,when reached hotel 12:30 pm receptionist ask for booking I’d,he write done after some time he is telling I will not get profit by online you have to book here, online it was RS -1260 So I was with my wife it was making me to feel uncomfortable..we traveled to the hotel we were tired so There was no option to go in other hotel suddenly so I booked room again there at Rs-1400. Even room was also not ready it took 1 hour in between I was waiting in lobby after that I saw 5 to 6 more guest came for check-in same through online booking OYO and again receptionist said same thing to other guest also that he said before to me ..that hotel is not getting profit through online booking so you have to book here...WoW how big cheater hotel..he is getting business from online site..when customers reached there than receptionist saying canceled online booking...it’s not about money for me I am telling just cozzz this hotel is cheating with online sites and also it’s very bad things that we are feeling uncomfortable...also they didn’t change bedsheets...they had puted used one not fresh ..than food was not allowed from outside so I ordered food at 1:30 pm they took the order and forgot I was keep waiting for food than I called at 3:00 pm ,I asked where is my food , order taker said chicken was finished so it’s coming from market. Wow what a service..than after that I checked out from hotel. Also I wanted to tell the owner if you guys don’t have any idea about hotel industry or in hospitality industry kindly don’t enter in this business...you guys deserve to open a dhabaa thank you
