My staff loved staying here

Everything else is okay and meets the standards of holiday inn express. Although I prepaid all the fees online and the front desk confirmed this when I checked in, the hotel charged me a room fee twice at midnight. When I reported it to the front desk the next day, they said it was just a deposit and they would not actually charge me. collected by the bank. Hope they are telling the truth.

Hotel offers what you pay for the price. Room lots of space, clean, good shower.

This is a great location with an indoor pool. We traveled with two small kids with my husband on business and it was great - there was plenty to do and free breakfast was awesome.

My entire stay was a pleasant one. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the staff in the staff serving breakfast in the morning was also very friendly. My room was very clean and had a comfortable mattress. Would stay again!

Walkable to 3 gas stations, Taco Bell, bbq , pizza Starbucks drive thru literally 2 min walk . Free pioneer history museum with tons of artifacts of Paso Robles history nearby. First of all it’s not a standard size hotel it’s real tiny but parking is free and breakfast 7 am -10 am with tv screens. Go early because the eggs run out fast. We had to tell the lady to bring more eggs. We had connecting rooms but then desk lady young gal forgot to give us the key to the adjacent room no biggie but annoying had to go back to the main building (there is a separate building with one elevator) we had a pleasant one night stay one New Year’s Eve not noisy at all heard some fireworks not too loud. One negative the tv remote is hard to get used to press it hard and there are no movie channels and not lots of channels. The AC was kinda whack my hard to optimize and the coffee maker didn’t work. The bathroom had a fan at least and shampoo and conditioner is built in. We didn’t order room service we drove to downtown SLO for dinner for more options only 30 minutes away. SENSARIO lights are 7 min drive only. That’s about it, I would stay here again for the location convenience!

The price is very reasonable.The place is very clean.And free parking and free breakfast.The most recommended place I ever met.

Room was clean but I had to wait an hour to check in because no staff was around. Couldn't reach anyone at Holiday Inn or ******* to assist. Left messages, emails, virtual chats etc. There was a couple that got locked out of their room waiting as well. I went to my car and was close to leaving but want to get the couple's contact as corroborating witness as I planned to file a complaint for refund. However, someone finally appeared at the front desk. I didn't have energy to to complain and just want to get my kids into the room to rest. This was worst accomodations experience I've ever had.

We switched from another hotel and really liked the newer styled rooms and hotel.

Evidently there was a happy hour and wine tasting which I found out about minutes before the end because nobody bothered to mention it at check in

Stayed here for a youth baseball tournament. Great location , very clean with excellent service. Would definitely stay here again
