This property leaves a lot to be desired. The windows in our room would not close causing the room to be very drafty. Some staff were receiving training and director while on the job rather than being trained before starting the job. The check-in/out experience had to be done at the desk and could not be done online or via the TV. There was no assistance with luggage at time of arrival. The arrival and departure experience was that of an upscale motel.

It was perfect! Only complaint I have is about the AC/Heater system. It was very LOUD but besides that it everything was perfect.

For the most part, the room was clean and tidy. A little more attention to the floor in the bathroom on the sides of the vanity would be helpful in making sure all hairs, etc. were off the floor before the next guest checks in.

We used to look forward to staying at “The Castle” as it felt Special. There was nothing Special this time around. No room care during the 4 day visit. We had to put our trash outside the door or it wasn’t taken. They fought us when we asked for tiny bar soaps for our hand washing (they only had shower gel attached to shower wall). They also only gave us 1 towel per person when we only found one towel in our room. Very disappointed that they have cut back on service so much that they are just a more costly version of every other hotel

To start we were placed on the M floor which has a whole lot of trainings rooms and low ceilings.
Immediately as you walked into the room the window shade was all ripped up on the edges. The water in the bathroom took like 10 minutes to turn hot. I found a cookie behind the refrigerator and candy wrappers under the pull out sofa. In the middle of the night about 4am , we found a bug crawling on the bed, forgot to take a pic. We did not complain about anything as it was only a 1 day stay and we were leaving in 4 hours anyway.
Pool was clean. As we were there staff went around checking the water and cleaning out the filters. We spend most of our time here.
The restaurant was descent. Decor is nice. But For a party of 6, we were charged a $50 service fee. Specialty drinks were made poorly. Food was ok. The draft beer was good.
Front desk staff was friendly. I did call front desk because the room was missing a tv remote and they came right away which was good.
Will I stay there again, probably not.

From the moment we checked in to the staff at our meals and the hospitality
Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Our room was comfortable and clean.
