The Service, Location and People all around was Outstanding! First, my wife chose the right hotel because it was (I believe) the perfect location to be in Paris. It is right on the Champs-Elysees in the middle of everything - Shopping, Food, Bus and the Metro to getaway and explore. Secondly, Atika - Melissa - Charles were wonderful Hosts in the Front Desk. Atika arranged the Train, ride to the train station, etc...for our trip to Belgium. It went perfectly. There was an attempt of a ”pickpocket” group of 8 little girls but pushing them away took care of that. Anton, waiter for breakfast, was wonderful. He packed us a snack for the train and he took care of us every morning. Housekeeping was thorough and neat. Very nice people! Door Men were gentlemen. Negatives: No bed is never like what you have at home. By the 4th day, our backs were hurting because we weren't used to the bed. However, the sheets were nice, soft and clean. The clothes dryer in the laundry room took more than 5 cycles to completely dry our laundry, but VERY THANKFUL it was complimentary. I strongly recommend the Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Elysees!

The room was small as expected , yet very well appointed. Amazing. Traveling with my daughter and stayed for 5 nights. Just have to say the concierge, Christopher Dubrulle, went out of his way to suggest places to eat, visit sites and he actually walked me to make an appointment for a wash and blow dry. And on that walk he suggested a place for lunch just down the block which was probably one of the best meals in Paris. So small, we could watch the chef cook. Hats off to Christopher, wish we had not made prior reservations and let him take over. So if you stay, and hope you will, Christopher will help. Front desk staff were great too! Ann

From arriving to departing I have to say this hotel was fantastic. The staff are attentive, professional, friendly and all spoke excellent English which helped me feel at home during my stay in Paris. I had booked via a third party site but still received the pre arrival outreach from the hotel. A very nice touch and certainly something that set the expectations for excellent service. Location is excellent if you want to be near the Champs-Élysées and popular sightseeing locations such as the Eiffel Tower. Very easy to retreat to your hotel with the shopping you might do on Champs-Élysées! I was attending the final stage of the Tour de France so the hotel was in the perfect location for this. I booked an Executive room which was very spacious, included a sofa and a very nice bath and shower. Mini bar, coffee/tea facilities etc all more than adequate. I can't think of anything I'd add or change about the room but I will certainly book a room with a balcony or a better view next time. Food at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that the cost of the breakfast is the same in the restaurant and in your room. That's something I don't think I've come across in my travels but it's such a good idea. The web site/portal provided by the hotel for guests was also very good and easy to use. It made many things useful from reading newspapers to booking things like room service, taxis and private transfers (amongst many other things). The use of whatsapp to message customers daily was also a unique but helpful touch. This made it very easy to arrange things like taxis when I needed this. Overall, you've probably guessed by now, this is an excellent hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or stop at again myself.

The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

This was our second stay at Magda in the past year! We loved the location. Close to the Arc de Triumph where all trains can depart from. The staff were amazing. Felix was helpful with any questions or requests we had. I was looking for a grocery store and another staff member who had just finished her shift walked me over it it. That was so kind. Room’s immaculate. Close to McDonald’s where we had cappuccinos every morning and our granddaughter had her smoothie. Reasonable price considering all the benefits. Would return again!

Every morning there is a fruit stand and a vegetable stand on the street in front of the street, and then there are large supermarkets and shopping malls. If you want to go to the Champs-Élysées, it takes about 10 minutes, and there are many restaurants along the way. The environment and health were ok, and the waiters were basically responsive. But maybe because I booked a triple room, the room was slightly small.

The design and collection of the hotel lobby are highlights, the small garden can not be missed, very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, the honesty can be said to be normal, the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptions and smooth communication. Overall it is still great.

Literally, the worst hotel experience I ever had! Extremely rude receptionists and staff! No concierge! No assist whatsoever in anything! Poor breakfast! Poor options everywhere! Rooms are NOT soundproof! you can hear all residents' affairs through walls and you have 24/7 radio in your bathroom from Khaleji and Spanish music by other residents through the ventilation system! One elevator serves the entire hotel! you can only imagine! using the stairs is easier! No amenities! No bathrobes! just soap and shower gel are all that you get with €200 per night! They don't respond to their telephone, you have to go down the lobby, search for someone to help you! The access cards keep disconnecting every single time! you have to activate it by heading to the so-called lobby and dealing with super rude people to get back to your room every single day! SAVE YOUR MONEY! My company forced me to book this hotel! I would never ever come back here again!

Beautifully designed hotel, they made good use of the space and in the rooms the finishings are super high end. Pillow was great one night and then the next I swear they changed my pillow. Room service is VERY SLOW - they will tell you they are coming but they do not. Staff are generally ok - one very typically rude person at reception, rolled her eyes a few times and was quite unhelpful Had a room without breakfast (Pauls and Laduree are up the road so there is no need to have it in the hotel) You can find street parking easily if needed. We had a kitchenette in our room - which was super useful It's a brilliant location for Champs Elysee shopping and for the George V metro line which takes you into the more central parts. There is no lobby / lounge as such so its worth getting a room where you can relax a bit. We had a deluxe room on the 1st floor
