Very good location. Room maintenance is not great. Poorly arranged room because you cannot eat in a dedicated space. Thanks to Juan for his welcome. His colleagues should learn from his kindness and professionalism. A smile is normally free.

Efficient and friendly staff, super practical little studio, there is even a bathtub in the bathroom, something increasingly rare in Paris (and everywhere else), so of course it's not a real 4 star but for that price there in Paris with line 14 nearby, I really can't see any better. The bed is very comfortable and for my part, I didn't have any noise at all.

來住過一次，基本有的都有，靠近火車站，巴士總站。但是需要打車過去火車站。而且樓下還有麥當勞，吃住基本得到簡單的解決。

The location was good as it’s a walking distance to restaurants cafe but the rooms are very small for an apartment kind, especially the 2 single beds I’ve never seen before to such small beds. My teenager sons couldn’t sleep well at nights as he couldn’t move properly due to the tiny beds. There weren’t any water bottles so we had to buy and stock them, the service at the lobby was very slow and the receptionist couldn’t understand English well. I accidentally booked an extra day and requested to cancel the extra but they decline which was very disappointing as we were staying 3 nights but accidentally booked for 4 nights with 3 rooms.

Super clean very pleasant nothing to say really great

Hotel very well located, close to the RER and the metro. Quiet neighborhood, we felt safe even late at night. The staff is smiling and welcoming. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the bedding is great. No noise at night or in the morning. Nothing to complain about, we had an excellent stay.

Excellent séjour

Reading the recent reviews I realize that there are almost as many different experiences as there are rooms in this hotel. My room is microscopic (twin on the 2nd floor), 3m2 entrance and a balcony which serve absolutely nothing, and nothing from an aparthotel except a sink, fridge and microwave. The positive points: super well located, everything is nearby, metro tram bus RER, all the shops and services, restaurants galore. Responsive and caring staff. The hotel seems well soundproofed, quality bedding, welcoming farmhouse, unlimited coffee pods, soft bed and bath linens that smell good, a large Samsung TV that makes mommy, lots of storage in each bathroom area, office and bed . Neutral or negative points: The size of my room, renting that in an aparthotel is a steal, the kitchenette and the crockery available, a kid's toy, the lighting... I had to go buy a strong bulb brightness to see clearly and have the technician come for a recalcitrant neon tube, the breakfast expensive and really disappointing, I had to postpone my arrival by 3 days without reimbursement it's normal but no commercial gesture like a p' tit already offered. Many photos found on the internet are misleading, the equipment varies too much from one room to another.

我們是雙人房，空間有點小，床很小的二張剛剛好。其他自助早餐和環境都還可以。性價比算不錯。而且那一帶據説在巴黎算是安全的。邊上還有一個超市可以買很多東西自己做早餐也可以。房間裏面有微波爐

Hôtel avec 4 étoiles complètement injustifiées. A part l'accueil et le petit-déjeuner, le reste est à revoir. La chambre est vétuste, la salle de bain en mauvais état, les portes frottent sur le sol, et la tv ne fonctionne pas. 1ere et dernière expérience dans cette chaîne. En plus, le prix est délirant pour les prestations (je pense que la coupe du monde de rugby n'aide pas)

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. It's not in the prettiest part of Paris and the main sights are a little distance away, but f you are comfortable navigating the metro, then everything is within a 15 minute metro ride.
