Pros: There are multiple suites, the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen and related supplies, and it is close to the subway station.
Cons: Cleaning is only once a week, breakfast is simple and the same every day

I’ve just spent 3 nights at this hotel for a business trip. Whilst the hotel is situated outside the center of Paris there is a Metro station close by which will get you directly into Paris within 20 minutes for the cost of €2. Before booking I was a little worried about how dated the rooms looked from the pictures online however it seems that they have been recently refurbished, and whilst still a little rough around the edges, they are perfectly functional. My room had a comfortable double bed, small kitchen area with sink and cooking facilities. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and the bathroom contained shower gel/soap, a hair dryer, and bath/shower combo. Unfortunately there was no iron/ironing board provided but this wasn’t a major issue for me personally, but something to be aware of. My room had nice views and a large window which meant it was quite well lit, which was for the best considering some of the lights didn’t work! Overall a nice enough room that was spacious and contained a good amount of facilities. Could do with some further TLC but overall it is a good hotel for the price.

Stay was very nice and comfortable, location is very near to train station which made my stay more convenient. Staff was also very nice to us and explained the details very clearly.

I stayed here for a week for work purposes. Unfortunately, the internet was so unbelievably slow (1mbps - dial-up speed) that it was impossible to work here. I complained and received no response. I also requested a spare pillow on 3 separate occasions. I was repeatedly told by a rude staff member that it would be brought up to my room. It was not. The rooms were also very basic and location quite poor and dangerous at night. I will not be returning.

very clean hotel and very welcoming and kind staff the room was very clean practical kitchen area would just miss a broom to be able to clean the table area otherwise nothing to complain about proximity to the metro and underground parking right next to the city of sciences

The plus points: -Location: In 20 minutes you can reach the center of Paris. Very well served by line 7. Shops, restaurants, bakery downstairs. So very practical. Bouumboum shopping center right next door: very nice (evenings, DJs, arcades, various restaurants in covered but open space) to go out late in the evening without fear of late return to the streets. -Very caring, welcoming and available staff. Cons: Disastrous access for luggage, young children, strollers.... no drop-off or parking provided within a 5-minute walk. Very complicated on arrival and departure. For that alone I wouldn't go back there again. The car park is located at C.boumbum with incomprehensible access, broken elevators and stairs. A real hassle every time you go out: the cold, the rain, the luggage, the children... Very basic room for 4 people: no broom for a bit of cleaning yourself, (cleaning planned for + 7 days of rental only). No toaster (very complicated with the microwave),

The apartment has everything you need and is very clean, plus the furniture is very neat and modern. The attention of the employees is very good and we spent 3 very good days in Paris. I chose the apartment because of its proximity to Zenith de la Villette and it is perfect. The location is great for taking the metro, tram, bus, taxis... and you have supermarkets on the same street. The only thing that perhaps needs to be said is that it is a slightly "uglier" area of Paris. It may seem like an unsafe area to you, but we didn't have any problems. I would return!
