Can't say enough great things about this hotel!!!!! The location in Le Marias was perfect. And then there's the decor which is charming. Few hotels in the middle of Paris have a spa, sauna and pool! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent as was dinner!

Although not a fan of the decoration, the hotel has state of the art technology and a very friendly and professional staff. The room has everything you may imagine for a 5 star hotel. Great bed & good space. Service at the restaurant really good and extraordinary location.

5 star property with 3-4 star service. No anticipation of needs. Staff lacked basic training (i.e. one staff member could not find my room) and basic requests (i.e. for a hair dryer or spoon went unanswered or took 5-6 calls). It’s a great property in a great location, but not worth the price given the service levels.

We had an outstanding visit to this hotel. It’s centrally located and caters well to families, but also is a very refined hotel. Our room was spacious and well designed, and the staff is lovely - giving helpful restaurant and other sightseeing recommendations that were on point. We would definitely return.

What a terrific gem! The staff is excellent and the hotel is truly a boutique experience. It is a short walk to Notre Dame across the bridge, but the area surrounding the hotel is full of shops, restaurants, and fabulous patisseries. Love it!

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Paris. Staff totally outstanding and kind. Particularly warm and welcoming during winter. The bar is fabulous, in particular so are the rooms. Highly recommend, would love to come back. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff could not do enough for us. Thank you

Beautiful new hotel with kind, thoughtful staff. We’ve loved our stay so far. Check in was lovely with Lisa. Room (Junior Suite) is beautiful. Restaurant is great. And amenities are lovely. I especially love the decor, the bath and the steam room inside the shower. Would definitely stay here again.

The room type I booked was not provided, the service was very poor, there was a problem with the company's scheduling, and the service staff lied. Not recommended.

My sweetheart & I decided to spend the new year in Paris, I found Le Grand Mazarin online. I can not say enough about the beauty of this hotel and the impeccable service, also the kindness and presence of everyone we met, front & back of house. We loved our room, the restaurant was delicious, and the bar staff was on point. We spent 9 days at this wonderful hotel and we can not wait to visit again. I could name certain folk, but then this review would be too long. We had one minor mishap having to do with supplies for the room, and it was taken care of immediately. Centrally located in the Marais district, a perfect experience that I highly recommend.
