Péssimo, não recomendo. Atendente da recepção mal educada e mal humorada, não consegue resolver nada visto q fica um profissional apenas no meio da semana . Quarto fede a esgoto, não funciona ar condicionado! Tivemos q mudar de quarto duas vezes por conta disso e ainda ficamos em um q não funcionava

O hotel é bacana mas merece um melhor atendimento e cuidados com alguns pontos. Faltou toalha pra banho, papel higiênico e quando precisávamos de uma área pra passar roupa essa área não existe.

O Hotel é bem localizado,mas o quarto não estava bem limpo,o ar condicionado sujo e o controle não funcionou,só ligou porque alcancei o botão de liga e desliga no própio ar,banheiro tinha até cabelo grudado na parede. Na parte da piscina está precisando de manutenção com pregos expostos no deck que é de madeira e não tem serviço de bar,só começa às 18:30. O café da manhã é o que salvou,bem variado e uma tapióca deliciosa! O hotel é razoável para passar a noite e somente isso!

Ótima estadia. Funcionários Educados e prestativos. Atendimento excelente.
Sobre o quarto. Suite com hidro, bom quarto, vista linda, pela manhã belo nascer do sol.
Um pouco de barulho noturno, devido ao vai e vem do elevador. Por isso recomendado no check in, solicitar um quarto mais distante do elevador. Mas não é um barulho insuportável.
O café da manhã, também é um ponto forte do hotel. Gostei bastante. Tem um dos melhores pão de queijo da cidade.
A vista da cidade fica muito bonita da cobertura (9°) andar. Onde fica a piscina, a academia e o restaurante(jantar). A piscina não é aquecida, mas da para aproveitar em dias quentes. a academia tem bons aparelhos, contudo, as duas esteiras são antigas.
Se for jantar no hotel, aconselho a fazê-lo no restaurante. Optei por jantar no quarto, aí a comida chegou morna.
Em suma, recomendado o hotel. Não como excelente, mas como ótima opção.

O hotel é bom, com atendimento ótimo e funcionários muito educados.
O que não gostamos é que um dos quartos ficou perto do elevador, recepção e cozinha. O pessoal que ficou lá não dormiu a noite toda. O outro quarto ficou perto do elevador mas no quarto andar, aí teve silêncio e paz.
