It’s so friendly. For us, it’s very gratifying to be able to accept our one-and-a-half-year-old children, because it has been rejected by two other hotels before this. The reason is that the first one does not allow children to stay, and the other is that children under three years old are not allowed to stay. Immediately after I contacted online customer service on Trip.com, the work efficiency was very high, and I quickly recommended Anfla to me, and the customer service immediately went offline and directly consulted the hotel, confirming that we allowed the children to stay and immediately navigated to this hotel. The overall building of the hotel is a three-story single-family small western-style building. The guest rooms are suite types. The entrance is the living room. The bedroom is inside. There is a balcony for drying clothes. At a glance, the beautiful lawn and the vast sea view are outside the window. The seaside trail is downstairs. It is particularly comfortable to push the children for a walk and walk. In the evening, you can watch the sunset, giving people a relaxed and happy feeling. The price is more affordable than the two previously found. From the hotel customer service to the environment inside and outside the room to the coastal trails around the hotel, I am very satisfied. If you travel back to Paphos, you will still choose to station here 👍.

As repeaters for the 6th time to the Aegean swimup suits, i could only repeat myself by describing this wonderful vast holiday resort. This resort has everything to make it a perfect relaxed holiday; the delicious food at the buffets, the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, the wellkept greenery and flowers and swimming pools, etc.. One can see that the management together with the staff constantly works in striving to upgrade and improve this resort. Also we would like to point out again that Mr. Yiannis is a strong key role player in this process, friendly, professional and swiftly finds a solution each time you encounter a problem, an amazing manager who helps wherever he can. Also a special big thank you to Tony the restaurant manager, always friendly; Elena in the restaurant with a warm welcome; Vinnie the bar tender at the swimup poolbar with his bar welkept and clean, friendly and bringing the guests in a holiday mood; Miss Eleni, the housekeeper, a warm welcome hug, making the rooms spic and span with a nice smile; Helena, a very friendly, professional hairdresser whom you can book through the spa; Mr Pambolero, the bar manager who brings the cocktails to another level, he is definitely a number one in his field. Thank you ALL once again for making our stay memorable and wonderful. See you soon!

Spent 11 nights here ending last week in a premium sea view room on an all inclusive basis traveling with Jet2 Only 35 to 40 mins transfer time, booked in quickly and easily and went to our room, comfortable, clean and a reasonable size with a huge bed. Food, for an All Inclusive very good overall, plenty of choice for all meals with specialiality nights featuring, Italian, Asian, roast and local cuisines. There is also a snack bar by the pool serving burgers, hotdogs chicken gyros (very good) with chips, with salads sandwiches and pasta and pizza dishes inside, serve yourself beer and soft drinks. Pool and beach area's, pool very nice although we are beach style people, loads of sunbeds seemed available until around 9 to 9.30. Beds on the grass area's again plentifull although the prime spots were reserved quite early still plenty to go around when we got there at around 8 to 8.45 . Just 12 sun shades on the small beach which is shared with the sister hotel next door, these do get reserved quite early. There are some extra lounger there without shades. There are four A la Cart restaurants on site,Italian, Lebanese (very nice) Greek Taverna (very nice) Asian (the best in our opinion) 1 free visit to each over the stay. Bars, Pool Bar and Lobby Bar, great staff in both, we used the Lobby Bar for the evenings but there is entertainment in The pool Bar all day and evening. Main entertainment is in the Lobby Bar with various musicians etc every evening, they are of a high standard in general. Staff. No compaints at all, very freindly and helpful, we did have a problem on arrival and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently with a smile by the reception manager. Our room was kept clean by Mari, thank you, great job Thanks to all the bar staff, see photo of the boys and Valentina and everyone in both both bars. This hotel is a golf hotel, with some groups that an take up a few tables in the outside area, so space can be limited of an evening, but they are well behaved in general and like everyone else just out for a good time. You can walk in both directions from the beach, to the left is a pleasent 15 mins to a small church, to the right Paphos harbour is about 40 minutes, this brings you to numerous bar and restaurants in the harbour area. In conclusion we can highly reccomend the Leonardo and we are already looking to book for next year.

Beautiful, renovated and clean rooms. The breakfast was very rich and of good quality... The service was impeccable... The exterior of the hotel needs renovation, such as the building, garden and pool furniture... Inside, the rest of the areas apart from the rooms and reception need care and maintenance... In general terms it is a good hotel but definitely not a 5 stars hotel..

The experience in this hostel was horrible. It was dirty, it is very unsafe since at night they are allowed to have parties with people drinking, both from the hostel and guests of the clients. They partied until 3 or 4 in the morning without letting people sleep, there was no one to complain during the night. Obviously, in the morning we got up and everything was full of the remains of the party, drinks, dirty glasses... We complained to the hostel management, which has made us dizzy to this day, since they told us that we were leaving to return the money for the two nights we spent there and we have not received any response or compensation from her. I don't recommend it at all.

I previously posted a review about my family's disappointing stay at Minthis Resort, but I’ve deleted it due to the resort’s response, which shifted the blame on my family. It’s a lesson on how to make a bad situation worse for your guests. In their reply, the resort claimed we had used up all the hot water and needed to wait for the boiler to refill. This is simply not true. The hot water had been broken since 6 PM the previous evening, and nobody in my family had used it since then. Their maintenance worker confirmed the boiler was at zero pressure and needed resetting—a process I witnessed myself. He even mentioned it might need a replacement part, which wasn’t resolved before we had to check out. None of my family could shower before leaving, which is universally annoying for any family leaving a hotel. Instead of taking responsibility for their broken boiler, Minthis now chose to shift the blame onto us, their guests, by claiming we had somehow caused the problem. This is not acceptable for any hotel, and especially not for a resort that charges high prices and claims to be five-star. Mistakes happen, but the mark of good service is taking ownership for these. Very unimpressive. They served non-vegetarian cheese to my young daughter, despite us specifically asking for vegetarian. Mistakes like this happen, but rather than simply apologise, the staff tried to blame my wife for the mix-up. None of us could shower before checking out because the boiler was broken. Minthis is now blaming us for using up the hot water—which is clearly untrue. What’s worse than these mistakes is how Minthis refused to take responsibility, both at the time and now in their response. This behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here if you expect a resort to own its mistakes and provide actual customer service. Im assuming another response from the hotel detailing out how it was my family’s fault somehow. If so, Im not going to go through this rigmarole of re-posting again, so just know I disgaree!

The overall impression is positive. Very convenient location, especially for those on the car: there is a parking, it is right on the big road. Inside there is a restaurant. We have a three-bedroom room paid for the ball, but no breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, as the cafe doesn't work, so we asked for a change instead of reimbursement. The room is clean, but furniture and repairs already require upgrades. The room has a stove, a teapot, a refrigerator, air conditioners working for heat. To the sea by car 5 minutes. The pool is clean but no one was swimming in it in the winter. On the other hand, several cafes and shops where you can buy food and cook in the room. Neighbours were a little noisy as they drank a lot and had fun, noise in rooms is bad. However, the rooms themselves are large enough . We had a combined room with a living room and one bedroom. Plus there was a beautiful balcony with a chic view.
