酒店地理位置很優越 鬧中取靜 附近有很多好吃的 比如銅鍋火鍋、羊肉米粉、燒烤等等；出行很方便，距離南站開車衹需要七分鐘左右，去迤沙拉村、金沙江觀景台、二灘水電站等景區衹需一小時車程，距離仁和區最大的農貿市場衹有800米，趕集買水果那叫一個巴適；酒店性價比很高，有電梯，還算乾淨，乾濕分離，洗澡水、空調都沒得問題；老闆非常熱情，開車接送我們去南站，還介紹附近好吃的好玩的給我們；酒店作為一箇中轉地或者旅遊常住都挺好。

到沐棲酒店辦理完入住手續，打開房門就看到陽光明媚的房間裏乾淨、整潔，心裏暖暖的。晚上走廊的燈光非常別緻。酒店的洗衣機客人也可以用，洗完後就能在露台上晾曬。更值得稱讚的是老闆免費接送客人到南站，為客人提供了極大的方便。

避雷209房間，就是二樓最裡麪那間房，非常具有辨識度，因為尾端就衹有它一間，這個房間有問題的。我們早早訂了輕奢大床房，九點過去就給了個尾房209，玻璃窗壞了關不了，恰逢半夜一個小時雞叫（或者是鬼叫）一回，又淒厲又大聲，擾人清夢。第二天一天都沒玩好，累得很。千萬不要接受這間房。窗外太吵了。好處是，酒店走廊也很不隔音，作為尾房能得到走廊的清凈。很不爽，衹能給低分了。

房間非常乾淨，提供了接送服務，老闆和老闆娘也很好，這裏距離農貿市場很近，買水果很方便，距離南站2.3km，值得推薦，一樓的庭院大床房陽光也十分充足，採光特別好!可視度非常高。👍👍👍

我們五大兩小住了三晚 感覺很放鬆 住出了家的感覺 很温馨 看得出老闆和老闆娘花了很多心思在上面 是一家用心經營的旅店！老闆夫婦都很好説話 下動車跑了兩趟來接我們 走的時候也開車送我們去火車站 以後有機會還會再次入住 小朋友也很喜歡住這裏（店門口有個小缸子可以看魚 一樓前後都有天幕喝茶休息 三樓也有露台曬衣服）

如果你需要一個全黑的環境入睡，且隔音非常好的酒店，我是不推薦這裏的。門縫太大了，樓道的燈光非常亮。每個房間都放置了小愛同學，晚上遇到不自覺的客人放音樂，那你就等着一起聽吧，隔音效果一般。服務很好，可以快速響應，入住率很高，周邊吃飯方便，有大超市，有農貿市場，距離客運站和火車站都很近，適合非自駕。距離攀枝花公園大學25分鐘車程。
