Taxe de séjour plus élevé que le site trip.com le prévoit.
Ménage pointé sur une feuille à l acceuil, le jeudi pas fait du tous,obligé de demander deux serviettes à la réception .
Quelle désagrément pour cette hotel ,une prestation qui est le minimum l entretien des chambres pour satisfaire le client

La chambre était propre.
En ouvrant la fenêtre, on voit beaucoup de mégots de cigarettes sous la fenêtre !
Pas de porte pour fermer toute la douche.

A place to sleep. That's it. Not in a great area. Rooms are tiny with no place for luggage.

I believe this accommodation is student accommodation which I did not realise till arrival. Our bedsheet wasn’t the cleanest with brown marks. The area was okay there was a Lidl 4 minutes away and a McDonalds 10 minutes away.

The room smelled old. The pillows didn't smell fresh.
The lift was not working and there were no signs on our floor was not working and there were no signs.

I got bed bugs. Then looked on another site and found the same review! I told the receptionist and she seemed to think it was normal - no apology. She said she couldn’t see the bites which is ridiculous -they’re absolutely everywhere. Please please avoid.
