The hotel and staff are great. The internet was a real problem. It was intermittent and when it worked, it was terribly slow. I travel on business and thus good internet is essential.

Everything was good but breakfast ended up bad, if a guest comes down at 9:30 and they almost have no food at least don't charge them for the drink, in the end they had to pay for a second glass of juice and they literally didn't have breakfast. ($12 for breakfast so I don't eat anything and they charge me for the juice)

No toilet paper, we had to ask twice to finally get it. Sonor consolation is very bad. Breakfast is poor. Almost no fruits. We booked a room with double bed and ed up with two separate beds. I would not recommend for more than one night.

Reserved ny *********** When we arrived we were told there was an issue and there were no rooms available. No explanation, no call, no notification or email. Also the photos look 10 times better, than the actual place, no maybe it was for the better.

Too noisy. Other guests had a loud party in their rooms with music, alcohol at 1:30 am. The guy in reception couldn’t care less as I called twice and they did not stopped the loud party next to our room.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful people that always try to help It is a hotel where they make you feel like family. All the staff treat you very kindly and try to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you Karen, Isis (in reception) and Laura (housekeeping) who were always attentive to our requests. It is a great hotel with excellent service and everything is close. You can walk and in a few minutes find what you are looking for The truth is that I highly recommend this hotel

La mayor fortaleza del hotel es su relación precio calidad. Es un hotel que ha sido lujoso en su época y ahora ya es algo antiguo, pero muy cómodo y agradable. Tal vez el personal, en especial en el área del desayuno, podría ser un poco más amable. La luz en el baño era mortecina. Ninguna de estas cosas fueron graves, de todos modos. Podría volver a alojarme en él sin problemas.

MY OPINION, IN GENERAL IS GOOD, BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER, IMPROVING CERTAIN DETAILS SUCH AS: THE LACK OF COMMITMENT ON THE PART OF THE CHECK-IN DESK REGARDING THE REQUIREMENT, PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED x WSP TO EXCHANGE DOLLARS x COLOMBIAN PESOS, SOMETHING THAT IT NEVER HAPPENED, BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE PERSONS IN CHARGE, THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO DO IT. UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF WANTING CHANGES ONLY 10 DOLLARS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO DO IT. THE BREAKFAST LOWERED A LOT OF QUALITY WHEN IT WAS CARRIED OUT BUFFET INSTEAD OF A LA CARTE LIKE THE FIRST DAY. THE QUALITY OF THE ORANGE JUICE IS VERY POOR, I WOULD SAY VERY POOR. THERE WAS NO KIND OF VARIETY OF DOUGHS OR SWEET BISCUITS. VERY LOW AND POOR QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF COLD COLD, SOMETHING ONLY SIMILAR TO HAM. IN DEFINITELY, JUST WITH A LITTLE MORE ATTENTION, IT CAN BE IMPROVED A LOT

Buena ubicación y la habitación que me asignaron era muy acogedora. Los precios son accesibles. El desayuno es el típico de bufet pero está bien. La atención es buena. La piscina no estaba habilitada para cuando fui. El lugar estaba muy aseado en general.

Very poor, they do not give airport pick up. Cheating people.

身處中心的旅館，附近有許多商店，咖啡館和餐館，步行就可以到達。莉婭是前台的女士之一，她非常棒。總是非常有禮貌，和在需要幫助的時候提供幫助。房間乾淨整潔。我唯一擔心的是浴室有點滑，我差點摔倒兩次。一般來説，員工都很友好，即使是維修人員也會微笑着向你打招呼。這在巴拿馬並不常見，因為有時客户服務並不好。
